On top floor of building so not good for those with mobility issues. Was greeted by a really nice lady but she didn't introduce herself so do not know her name. She asked me if I had brought something to change into but as I had never had this done before and it wasn't mentioned I hadn't. I was asked to stand on a towel whilst the seaweed type mixture was applied to areas of my body and then I was wrapped in clingfilm. I lost 9 inches overall from hips, chest, arms and thighs but can't say that I really noticed. My facial was a cleanse, exfoliate and mask which was left on for 30 mins - no facial massage which I think is always the most beneficial.

Lovely treatment thank you.. The price was great in todays climate. Really enjoyed. I will def come back again and have another treatment. And also very convenient in the town centre.

Lovely back, neck & shoulder massage for both me and my daughter. Very relaxing after our day shopping. Will def go again. We both really enjoyed very much. Was very reasonably priced in todays climate.

The facial was ok only lasted 40 minutes and as this was supposed to have been a luxuary facial would have expcted it to last longer.
Also my package was supposed to include a glass of bubbly which i never got,all i was offered was a cup of tea or a glass of water. I didnt like to ask as i had handed my voucher over at the begining which shows what i had booked and paid for.
The thearipist didnt bother with any small talk to be honest felt a bit like a second class customer since i was using a voucher as the person before me was sat talking to them in the waiting area after her treatment which made my appointment 15 minutes late.

I booked the Inch loss body wrap and facial without know what to expect. I just hoped it would work - and it did! Brilliant! I have booked again for a top up before I go on holiday. A good tip if you decide to book is to take a little pair of bikini bottoms to change into for the treatment.

This tretament was amazing, really relaxing and the facial left my skin glowing! The therapist was excellent, very welcoming and friendly and able to leave me to relax! Lovely salon that has a great ambience, thanks!!

The facial peel by this practitioner - sorry I cannot recall her name, is it Sarah? - was perfection. I have had many facials and various beauty treatments but none as gentle as this.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, felt exhilarated and relaxed afterwards and am awaiting avidly the next offer!

Small & intimate space. Made to feel VERY welcome. It was my first ever body wrap so had no idea what to expect, pleasantly surprised! Very relaxing, will go again & this time take an old bikini or similar. Thank-you for a pleasant first experience!

i love this little place its always a pleasure to visit. the two staff are great and canot do enough to make your visit brilliant. i would always go back time and time again
