AngelaO On top floor of building so not good for those with mobility issues. Was greeted by a really nice lady but she didn't introduce herself so do not know her name. She asked me if I had brought something to change into but as I had never had this done before and it wasn't mentioned I hadn't. I was asked to stand on a towel whilst the seaweed type mixture was applied to areas of my body and then I was wrapped in clingfilm. I lost 9 inches overall from hips, chest, arms and thighs but can't say that I really noticed. My facial was a cleanse, exfoliate and mask which was left on for 30 mins - no facial massage which I think is always the most beneficial.
