Don’t think the actual Brazilian blowdry was that effective and I don’t think she applied it right as it went on my hair while still wet, not dry

They could not perform my underarm waxing due to short hair and told me I would get a refund for the same. However, I have not received any refund for my underarm waxing which was not done.
