I had a consultation here and all seemed well. I was red wanting to go blonde. The girl who gave me my 2minute consultation explained two options to me, these being colour correction (which I knew noting about, but sounded good) or go through the orange stage. I chose the colour correction as I was assured it would not damage my hair and I would leave blonde. This is where the tale turns...After hours of treatment and finally an end product, I look in the mirror and tell the stylist who also happened to be the girl who conducted the consultation. I said "its frazzled" my only reply was to leave conditioner on for about 10 minutes after I shower. She could clearly see I was very upset with my ginger frazzled hair (very odd don't you think when I was told my hair would be blonde and it would not ruin th condition of my hair) I got to the till and they wanted to charge me so much money (im talking hundreds) for damaging my hair. The manager was rude and made me cry. I told them time and time again I hate it, they told me it was my fault for using home dye's!!! can you believe it!?! He basiclly bullied me into paying (it was at a reduced rate, but still really he should not of charged me) and didn't even offer to correct my horrible hair. Instead I got offered a free spa treatment somewhere. I would need more than a spa treatment to make me feel good about this really TERRIBLE hair. I am a mother of four and really wanted to feel good about myself after not long giving birth to my 4th child. I like many other mums get very upset about my appearence after childbirth, so much so I lost alot of confidence in myself. This was meant to be a new me but sadly, I feel worse. I am currently trying to have my money returned, I would like them to pay for the cost of another salon to correct there mistake's. I would like to remind you all that under the supply of goods and services act 1984 any service provider would have to supply you with reasonable CARE and SKILL. This did not happen in my case. I shall post another review,and let you all know the outcome. This way we can give Spargo the chance to redeem themselve's for making a grown woman who has confidence issue's cry, and lose even more confidence in the process. If you are looking at this spargo, I suggest you do the right thing. Also appologize for your appauling behaviour towards me
