excellent result. Very pleased. Therapist explained that it is impossible to get a result in all cases as it depends on many factors such as genetics, dentine, flouride intake, medical history etc. I guess that is why other reviews are not good but I am very happy with no sensitivity at all

I had my teeth done a couple of months ago. I had been thinking about getting my teeth whitened for a while, but always thought it was too expensive and would cause sensitivity. A friend told me about a place in Derby doing it for £129! and told me how good it was.
When I got to the stand I was given information about the product and was shown on a teeth scale how much whiter my teeth would go, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. They told me I could go away and think about it and come back if I wanted it doing or if I had any other questions, I thought this was lovely that they weren't trying to push me into having it done.
I decided to go for it and am really pleased that I did, my teeth are so much whiter than they were and I had no sensitivity at all. I was given music to listen to and the 30 mins went quite quick.

I would really reconend this treatment.

DO NOT DO IT!!! I paid for the 30 minutes laser teeth whitening procedure and from the details I had been given on the internet I understood this to be a relaxing procedure and that I would be wearing special glasses which would allow me to watch a film whilst I had the procedure done. Not the case. There was only one person working at Spa white and he seemed very nervous, he didnt explain the procedure at all and simply sat me in the chair and gave me a gum sheild with a gell already inside, I had to put this in myself and I hadnt done it correctly as the gel must be in front of your teeth which he didnt explain until the third attempt. Once this was done he then set the timer on the UV light (apparently laser) which is then placed in front of the guim sheild as you sit in the chair. I had no protective glasses on or anything to watch or read so 30 minutes felt like a lifetime and it was not relaxing. At the end of the procedure there was no change or improvement in the colour of my teeth at all. I was then given a gel pen but given no instructions on how to use it. I am bitterly disapointed as this cost quiet alot of money. I would not recommend as the procedure is useless and the experience was not pleasant.
