Everything about this place is fantastic - the facilities, staff, ambience, quality of treatments.
Before my facial I used the gym which is relatively small but it probably never gets busy and has all the essential equipment.
The changing rooms and showers are spacious, clean and all the towels, robes, shower gel, etc. are provided.
My therapist was really lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed the facial. My skin felt and looked great afterwards.
It was a very relaxing and pampering experience.

We went to the spa studio for the serial treatment. It was amazing!!!! We loved every minute of it. The Spa is quaint and the rooms are absolutely stunning!!!! The therapist was so friendly and explained the treatment clearly; she made us feel very comfortable. We were left to apply the mud to each other (very fun!!!!!) and relax in the serial steam room..... Which smelt fantastic, I think it was watermelon scented. We had a great time and this was a really fun treatment to do with my boyfriend. Would definitely recommend this to couples and even friends that just want to have a good time!!!!!

I went to the spa with my boyfriend treating him to Rasul Treatment and massage for two for his birthday.
The spa is a lot smaller than it appears on the pictures.
Our rasul treatment took place in a room for massage, with only a massage table to out our cloths on. The steam room for the treatment was VERY small, we ended up sitting opposite each other almost face to face with no space to move. It took ages for the steam to come one, but when id did, it was so hot that we had to finish out treatment earlier. I have tried rasul in a number of few places and that was by far the least romantic experience. I wish I have gone to the Elemis Spa to their Moroccan themed spacious treatment room.
After the rasul treatment, we had a massage for two in the same room. The therapists were good, though my massage was definitely not deep tissue, but we were put in a very small room again with massage tables were so close to each other that there was almost no room for the therapists to go around.
Overall I felt the place was overpriced. The location and the friendliness of the stuff could not compensate for the cramped conditions and we definitely did not feel like we went to a luxurious spa.

My friend and i trotted along to the Lanesborough, Wahanda vouchers in hand. We chose this place because they were able to book us in at the same time, me for a facial and my friend for reflexology.

Everything here was professional and efficient, even the booking, which can often be a bit on the unreliable side in many spas, went smoothly.

The Lanesborough is of course gorgeous and the spa has a cosy, clean, well appointed feel to it. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and it gave good, glowing results without bringing out loads of spots. My therapist was professional, friendly and didn't keep me chatting, which i appreciated as i just wanted to relax. The Comfort Zone products were good and she held a delicious aromatic oil under my nose for a few seconds before starting which was a lovely touch.

I would like to have tried the La Prairie products but i could not justify the cost. I felt the facial was expensive for what it was and would not have gone for it had i not had the Wahanda voucher to spend.

My friend had a very good reflexology treatment and was impressed with the therapist.

One thing to remember, if it is your first visit do accept the concierge's offer to take you to the spa, the place really is a maze and the spa is tucked away in a corner somewhere deep inside the hotel. Well worth finding though.

I was lucky enough to be given a Wahanda voucher so I went straight off to the Lanesborough for the Hot Stone Massage Therapy. It was my first time having the treatment so I wasn't sure what to expect but the therapist was excellent, and the treatment room was beautiful so it was an all-round luxurious experience. The massage is more about deep relaxation than drilling deep into the muscles, so after 90 minutes I felt as if I was floating, it was amazing!
