Fiona Keen was great and gave me tips for maintaining the flexibility I achieved after the massage.
The salon is located in the basement of the hotel. It has alot of the old period features and I did mention that I felt like someone else was in the room !

Getting an appointment was very difficult as you have to phone the therapist's mobile and despite leaving several messages she didn't call me back for a week. However when I arrived for my appointment the hotel was very nice, and Fiona and I had a nice chat during the treatment. She brought me a cup of tea afterwards and I sat and read a magazine which was a lovely way to relax after the treatment.

Stayed at this hotel as a birthday treat from my boyfriend, and booked Fiona Keane for mini treatments for a few of my friends. This is the most amazing hotel, you feel like you are in a different world! They treat every one like royalty. Fiona gave eachof us (6 in all) a mini treatment of out choice from pedicure to facial and massages. She was really nice and meticulous with her treatments. The hotel and spa are beautiful only downside is the spa is a little small small pool and you have to call them 30 mins before using the sauna to make sure it's on. All rooms have individual decor my room had fabric walls and matching bedding. Unfortunately i wasn't very well a memberof staff went to the shop for me! Another staff member even went to the petrol station for me so thAt I wouldn't have to go when I checked out. They have a free DVD collection that you can select movies to watch in your room but another guest was being very possesive with it so they let me watch unlimited pay per view movies free for my entire stay!! It is very expensive hotel and spa but definitely worth it !!!!!

I had a salt scrub and hot oil treatment. Overall It was very relaxing experience and the light massage afterwards was very soothing as well. I really appreciate, Fiona (the therapist)'s time!

My skin was glowing with happiness the next day. I will defnitely go back again in the near future. Fiona was one the lovelist people I ever met and very attentive. Thanks a lot Wahanda !

Utterly wonderful experience. Everything from the bathrobe and slippers, to the heated bed was top-notch, and the facial itself was completely relaxing. Fiona explained the steps she was performing, as well as giving some valuable advice for my skin. Very good value facial, I would be happy to come back!

The spa was centrally located and the ambiance was very relaxing. The therapist was personable and attentive and informative. The procedure was professionally done and the therapist took her time to be attentive to all the detail. I would definitely go back again!

I had a lovely facial with an extremely talented therapist. The products used were top-notch. Perhaps the only criticism would be with one very unfriendly hotel receptionist who did not know about Wahanda and wanted me to pay half of my treatment.

Fiona’s facial was a wonderful, holistic experience.
The treatment room was small but clean and smelt delicious. I was provided with a lovely fluffy robe and slippers upon arrival, and cocooned in blankets on a comfortable bed.
Fiona helped me feel relaxed, comfortable and pampered throughout.
I left with hydrated, plumped up skin and a glowing complexion.
I liked the Sothys products Fiona used so much I treated myself to a moisturiser.
Fiona is well worth a visit.
