Easy to find location, yet out of the way and secluded. Wonderful welcome in the reception area, beautiful cafe area and restraunt. The facilities were clean and in good order, staff pleasant and helpful, therapists were excellent and thorough.

We used the steam room, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the pool and they were all great. We spent hours, and I mean hours in the Amber room and then the Relaxation room.

Our experience included the afternoon tea which was spectacular. The table was reserved in our name and set out beautifully. Sandwiches, little cakes and two of the largest scones I've ever seen ~ all very enjoyable and finished off with a choice of tea or coffee.

Overall, my friend and I had a truly wonderful afternoon/evening, we left feeling relaxed and happy and both agreed we'd definately repeat this experience.

I took my husband here for a treat and we were both satisfied with the service we received, although we were not advised when we arrived that we could book lunch with our package(at an extra cost of course) so we were a little rushed to eat and get to the treatment on time. The relaxation room was then full after we returned from our treatment so we could not fully enjoy what we had just had........it was a really nice atmosphere though and a good day for the price i paid, good on Wahanda, possibly could have been better from Brands Hatch :)

I took my mum along to the Spa as a treat for her birthday but was a little dissapointed with the facilities.
The layout of the spa is over two floors and the changing areas are downstairs along with the mixed gym and the treatment rooms are upstairs with the lounges.
So you have to walk around in your robe in front of people who are going to the gym and generally using the facilities while your half naked trying to walk up stairs in your flip flops looking half dignified.
My mum also suffers from a disability when walking so it was hard work for her to keep going up and down the stairs in her robe! There was a stair lift but she wasnt about to jump on that looking even more embarassed.
The lounges were very pleasant although the cordial juice isnt labelled as cordial so myself, my mum and another lady in the room all drank neat cordial orange, then realised it was dilute juice and not fresh.
The facilites are small, they gym is tiny and the ceilings low. The spa has a small salt water pool and 3 person jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It is very basic but pleasant.
The changing facilities are small and it does get busy, you have to queue to use one of the 4 showers and one of the 2 or 3 hairdryers.
I can't fault the treatments. My therapist was really good, I had a back and shoulders massage and she was spot on. I also had a salt scrub and both were really good.
I wouldnt recommend the Brands hatch Spa for a relaxing day at a spa, i think its a bit like going to the gym and using those facilities.
It didnt have that nice isolating feel that some spa's have and the walking up and down stairs in your robe in front of the paying public wasnt ideal.

Excellent day especially if you make full use of all the facilities i.e. gym, pool, sauna, steam room and the classes available. The food seemed a little on the expensive side.

We had a very relaxing time and used the gym and attended some classes as well as swimming and using the steam room and jacuzzi. We had lunch in the Amber lounge which is for Spa guests only and relaxed in another very quiet lounge. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. In fact we enjoyed it so much I have booked to take a friend as a Birthday celebration.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day, the food was wonderful and the whole day was not rushed. The hydrptherapy pool was always busy but the pool was not - a lovely enjoyable day.

As a therapist myself this trip was not only a very rare chance for me to recieve treatments, rather than being the one giveing, but also same pamper time after an operation. It was wonderful to spend time with a friend to chat and chiill. We were unable to use the pool, spa pool etc due to my operation but we had a good look and they looked very nice. Lunch was a bit of a dissapointment. We paid the extra £15 for the two course "posh" lunch" and it really did not live up to expectations,The sauce in my prawn dish lacked- anything ,very weak in taste. I expected more for my money.
The mini treatments were very nice and relaxing, but I felt that the therapists were under a strict timetable and maybe felt rushed due to this. Perhaps I could feel this more as a therapist myself. Having said that, everyone was very nice including my therapist. It would have maybe been nice to add on some extras if we had fancyed on the day and paid for these accordingly. Thank you for a relaxing day I shall look forward to the next chill out day.

I've been twice, and enjoyed it. Only criticism was that the second time it was very busy. That could've been due to Valentines Day though.

I recieved a spa day for 2 from my lovely little sister in June. The grounds and facilities were okay, especially the gym (though was bombarded by loud, commercial music - would've preferred to listen to my own) and pool area.

We had a reasonable 2-course lunch (you had to choose whether you wanted a starter OR a dessert) and then enjoyed a facial (therapist was lovely - but treatment was nothing special) and massage respectively...so far so good. Then we went to the reception to request our sunbed tokens....we were met by a lady in her 50's/60's with short hair, who rudely informed us that our 'luxury' spa-day didn't include that, and if we wanted to tan we would have to pay extra. Something we might have been inclined to do, if we hadn't been been spoken to in such a poor manner. As it was, her attitude made us get our thing's and leave immediately.

We had an amazing day, and were considering joining up as members - because of the receptionist, we will never go back, and have told friends they would be wise to avoid the place. Any 'spa' who hires a poorly-spoken, rude women - who looks as if she has never had a spa treatment in her life...is not a place I wanna go make pretty. Hope this review is helpful.
