I arrived at least 15 minutes earlier and despite having just a brazilian wax, I was provided my own locker to change into a robe and was guided to a relaxation room. I took advantage of some quiet time and had rose water with some nibbles and magazine reading.

The therapist was so lovely and really made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. I really think it was an experience going beyond that extra mile.

I am planning to bring my fiance for a wax treatment when I schedule my next one with them in May 2013. As they gave me a voucher to use for my second visit, I shall definitely take advantage of it.

It's a great spa in the centre of London and very good value compared to just normal salons that you go to!

I managed to get a two for one offer on a day trip to the spa, unfortunately I didn't book any treatments as I wanted to check the room out first. I honestly can't praise the staff enough, they were absolutely lovely. My friend and I did not dress up for the occasion but the staff treated us like royalty, showing us all the facility and encouraging us to have a go on everything including 'have a sleep in the tranquillity room'!

All the facilities were five star, the pool was lovely, the steam room was big and well light and the tranquillity room was peaceful enough to have a doze. I did look in on a couple of the treatment rooms and they were all lovely looking.

Finally, it's the little touches I like so here they are: The locker has a little box for your valuables. The locker has a little note welcoming you to the gym by name! the Tranquillity room has snacks and lemon water for you to enjoy, very welcome after a work out and a steam. They gym has headphones for guests to use with disposable ear foam pieces. Speaking of the gym, it's small but has everything you need and the equipment is all top notch. I cant wait to go back!

Ahhh... Mmmm.... It was both relaxing and invigorating. More please...

The spa's location is a plus. Fabulously convenient. After years of driving past the old St Pancras station, it was great seeing the Renaissance up close and inside. Such a majestic building.

There was the buzz of the Olympics upstairs, while down in the Spa, tranquility. Staff were flexible, and accommodated my last minute schedule change with grace. Appreciated.

i had a High Time for Tea Time package. I didn't really enjoy the afternoon tea and left a lot behind although the waitress was very sweet and did offer to pack it up for me and said a lot of people struggle to finish....personally I'd rather it was a bit cheaper and there was less of it.

I then went to the spa which has good steam/sauna/pool/gym facilities but the pool is far too chlorinated - my skin stank even after two showers ! Also, the relaxation lounge is MILES away from the reception and pool etc area which was odd.

My pedicure was fine, lying down on a massage bed which I appreciated, but this meant there was no soak and so the cuticle removal was a bit brutal.

I wouldn't return as there are better day spas / afternoon teas / pedicures to be found elsewhere in London.

Totally fantastic day, really recommended. We left feeling completely relaxed. The only way it could be improved is if there were refreshments (other than water) available in the spa so we didn't have to leave for lunch (although the spa staff let us come back in afterwards).

A beautiful and unusual spa - I loved the Victorian tiling around the pool. The facilities were all extremely clean, from the well equipped changing rooms to the tranquil relaxation room (where I enjoyed flicking through a magazine and sipping on mint tea after my treatment). I had a great facial - my therapist explained to me which products she was using and gave me advice on how to look after my sensitive skin. I also enjoyed relaxing in the aromatherapy steam room and trying out the inbuilt seats with jets in the pool. A really lovely experience - ideal for de-stressing.

Stunning spa right next to Kings Cross station. The hotel it's housed in is stunning. The spa is located in the basement, but it really doesn't feel cramped or small in any way. The changing rooms are stocked with little luxuries. There were even bags to take your wet cozzie home with you, which was very handy. I had a 30 minute back massage which started with a relaxation ritual. The therapist (Liliana?) was fantastic, would definitely recommend her if you want a great treatment. Afterwards I was given fresh-leaf peppermint tea and sat in the cosy relaxation area. I must have spent about four hours in the pool, steam room and sauna. All-in-all a gorgeous spa.

What a fantastic spa, I visited the St Pancras spa just after it first opened and was very impressed from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The spa has everything you need for a relaxing day or couple of hours, the layout is fabulous and the décor is spot on. The hotel its self is magnificent and truly complements the area, I would say this is one of the best spas in central London.
