Very easy to book and friendly staff, great location too. These classes are hard work but they do deliver results so if you want to get every bit of your body in shape go ahead. Much more invigorating and fund than being indoors in a gym

This was really good - the lady running the class was super energetic and very engaging, however it was tougher than my body could handle and sadly for me being able to commit to regular classes doesn't work but brilliant set up!

Excellent Trainer, great value for money. Would recommend highly, the class is so energetic and a lot of fun, i am so not a workout person but really enjoy myself.
Thinking on enrolling after the offers runs out.

Loved it!! Georgina was very good at varying exercises and keeping things exciting.
She incorporated yoga/pilates so there was core work as well as cardiovascular work.
Definitely recommend to get your motivation up and to get into exercise again.

Awesome. Just awesome. Georgina (the trainer) is amazing - really friendly, fun and encouraging. I am officially allergic to exercise but somehow this is not only bearable, but enjoyable! Am already feeling / seeing benefits of the classes and definitely going to continue going. Worth every penny of this bargainous deal.

All the staff i have dealt with have been good, very welcoming and encouraging. the trainer was really good and accomodated all fitness levels. the workout itself was HARD but in a good way, it really did push me. I would definitely go back for more sessions

Boot camps are really popular at the moment and South West Fitness really know how to make it fun. The trainer at Green Park is Georgina and she is approachable, energetic and motivating. We have a mixture of fun and interactive exercises which she always varies to keep it fun. At the end of the session you will feel better for it and you know you have worked hard. There is a lot of scope to improve your fitness at any level. Love it and really recommend it.

The trainer was amazing, really motivating and fun! Really enjoyed all of the exercises.....can feel results, and can't wait to go back for another session!
