I had never been to a bootcamp style workout before so was a tad pessimistic, but could not have been more satisfied with SW fitness - the staff were extremely friendly and understanding of your abilities, although continued to push for your full potential, which is always good!
The workout is demanding, but I felt so good after that I started going regularly and actually joined the monthly membership - and lost a few pounds in the process as well!
Highly recommended if you want a vigorous workout.
I really enjoyed my boot camp sessions. I attended different days so had different trainers and I was impressed with all of them. Each of the sessions were challenging and I felt great afterwards. Perfect for summer time but as it is outdoors when it rains training goes on- this only happened once and it was actually quite fun but I don't think I would attend in the Winter months.Highly recommend!
I have enjoyed these bootcamps so much that I've signed up! The staff are friendly and they don't shout at you, but they do keep you motivated. I love being in the fresh air and acheive so much more than being stuck in a hot and stuffy gym. The sessions do get booked up quickly which can be frustrating, but there is a great deal of choice in location nd times that I found it easy to find an alternative session to attend. Plus, I like that the sessions never feel overcrowded. I definitely recommend this for improving fitness and for having fun.
a really enjoyable session of exercise. much nicer to be outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine rather than inside a sweaty gym. definitely a good way to kick start a new fitness regime
