Absolutely brilliant Dermalogica facial, gorgeous products, steam was amazing (though I can understand why there is a box to tick to say you don't suffer from claustrophobia, as it is slightly daunting at first - but amazing after that!), heavenly head massage while the products got to work and the heated blanket was the deliciously cosy icing on the cake! The relaxation room was very nicely done, with sofas that make you want to curl up and sleep and the whole place had the feel of a super chilled temple. I didn't use it as only had a facial, but feel the need to point out that the shower in the treatment room looked fab, which they don't at some spas. My friend and I both left feeling completely relaxed and in awe of how soft our faces were!

I bought a full price pedicure voucher through wahanda for a friend's birthday, she has regular pedicures and is over 60. On arrival, when the therapist was removing her nail polish, she exclaimed at my friend's yellow nails (due to lots of bright polish) and said she had an infection and she wasnt going to touch her feet anymore, she refused to do anything else, or give my friend the voucher back what she asked for. My friend then called Solace and spoke to a lady (manager?) who said it was out of order what had happened and no offer of coming back again. So what happens to the £26 I spent for this pedicure????
So sad - I was going to buy another voucher for another friend's birthday this May from wahanda for Solace but spoke to this friend to see what she thought. Thank goodness! I cannot believe such a prestigious looking and sounding establishment would have therapists and customer service like this. Sorry will never purchase for this place again.

The Salon is brilliant and so is the therapist. Couldn't ahve asked for more. In fatc she was brilliant. However, i bought a voucher for and hour long Dermalogica facial and i was in and out in 40 minutes, and that includes getting changed etc. Slightly disappointing really. Having said that that i can't fault the salon at all.

Had a very relaxing back massage at the spa which is centrally located and has adequate parking facilities. I would have prefered firmer pressure and did let the therapist know.Overall salon is very nice inside and would come back for further treatments.

Really enjoyed this hour long facial. I have never had steam used during a facial which was very pleasant. They also did extractions which I have been trying to get for ages. The bed was heated and the ambience was lovely. The staff were uber friendly, gave me helpful advice on skincare and gave me away some free samples. I'll definitely be back :o)

great ambience...very friendly and helpful therapist, gave me good advice on skincare...i had a full prescription facial and felt well comfortable and would recommend it to everyone. very relaxing environment.

I have always enjoyed my time at Solace Spa and i was very pleased when the offer came up for a one hour dermological facial. My therapist Beth was very lovely and tailored the facial to the needs of my skin. I felt like a million dollars by the time i had finished and people commented about how good my skin looked.

I enjoyed the experience that much i returned the following week for a pedicure

the waiting area was delightful ,it was so relaxing ,the lights were dim and spa music played while you relaxed on these huge sofas and the treatment was well worth the money

Solace Spa is everything a Spa should be from the friendly welcoming reception to the chilled out relaxation room and the lovely big treatment rooms. There is nothing negative to say about the place!

Went after needing a little treat my goodness it was so relaxing and the staff are so lovely my therapist Andrea was so experience in knowing just what my skin needed and gave me great advice have now booked in for a full one hour description facial i cant wait .Thank you
