The gym is complimentary to all hotel guests and is accessible 24hrs a day. It has the very latest life fitness resistance and aerobic machines as well as an extensive range of free weights and a full size punch bag with various fit and medicine balls thrown in for good measure. Rod Hunt is the on-site Personal Trainer, and will help you continue with your exercise regime whilst you are away from home.
The Soho Hotel is situated in a quiet street between Dean and Wardour Streets in the heart of London’s entertainment neighbourhood. It is surrounded by some of London’s best restaurants and bars, vibrant cafes and most exciting theatre and nightlife.

The treatment consisted of a deep cleanse, exfoliate, steam and massage to include the face, neck and shoulders. Bubbly therapists are great, but I personally prefer a peaceful, relaxing treatment and Mandy provided just that. She spoke only to notify me that the steam was about to begin and to gently bring me back to life as I had began dozing off after the massage!
The rooms are perfectly lit for unwinding and appeared to be sound-proofed which I appreciated as the gym is situated directly outside the treatment room.
My only improvement would be that I would usually expect a quick 2-min skin consultation pre-treatment to identify any problem areas and any known skin allergies especially as, although the products used were hypo-allergenic, I could tell they were fragranced which could be a problem for some people.
Generally I was really impressed with this speedy facial - my skin felt really supple and refreshed and the soothing ambience made 30-mins feel like a lot longer. I would definitely recommend it as a quick treat after a long week.
