more »The Sobell gym has 60 cardio and strength training machines plus a free weights area. We have and large TV screens where you can tune in to your favourite TV or radio channel via a personal headset. With over ninety exercise classes every week, Sobell Leisure Centre offers one of the largest exercise class programmes in London. In addition to three studios we also have a room exclusively for spin sessions. We have a wide range of classes available including aerobics, step, yoga, Pilates, spin, circuit training, body conditioning and legs, bums & tums. People choose their exercise class for different reasons. For many it is type and pace of the class that is most important but for some people the teacher is the over riding priority, or simply the day or time. Sobell Leisure Centre has a 20m indoor ice rink with sound and vision. Skate hire is included and refreshments are available. Bring the family along for a fun experience on ice.
