I choose Smooth You because of many good reviews posted. I paid for haircut, massage and blow dry. My hairs was simply washed and cut by Georgina. Very average service. I'm not planning to go back.

I read the reviews for this place which were great, so I was really looking forward to my "Haircut, Condition, Massage and Blow Dry". The service didn't live up to my expectations unfortunately...

The haircut:
I got told on the phone I was booked with one girl (Leah), but then was told I got another girl (Georgina). During my haircut, Georgina got told she had to leave me and cut someone else's hair, and I would get a girl who would continue to then blow dry my hair and I was asked if that was OK.... Georgina went to speak to them and returned saying she would continue to do my hair. That was very badly organised, and certainly didn't go a long way in terms of making me feel special and valued as a customer! The haircut itself was not amazing, I didn't get exactly what I wanted even though I showed a photo...

The condition:
I didn't get one! Why did I pay for this? No explanation as to why...

The massage:
The "Massage" was just a massage chair (this is not made clear in the description). I came in at the same time as another girl, who got Leah - this girl got a nice head massage by Leah and a long condition. She spent about 10 minutes more than I did - definitely not comparable service.

The blow dry:
This was good.

They gave out goodie bags at the end, and the girls at the reception were lovely. This however doesn't make up for the fact that the core service I went there for was very average.

It was I first time for laser hair remover. Staff there feel very warm and welcome, the space is clean and nice. I was late because of the weather and had to reschedule the time, the receptionist was very helpful and quickly modified my slot, which made my life a lot easier!

The therapist Gabi is very professional, go through very details during the consultation, clearly explaining how the treatment work, do's and don't, asking me to fill in forms making sure nothing will affect the results, and did test before start first session.

I just had my first treatment done, and booked my second treatment right after I finished.

Also, a nice goodie bag was given to me during my first visit, very sweet.

I would definitely recommend there.

I braced myself on my way to my first laser hair removal treatment, thinking I would yet again find rude staff, not so clean places or equipment, badly delivered treatments etc... However, upon my very arrival I was pleasantly surprised to discover that everything was quite different than all my previous experiences. A friendly receptionist welcomed me with a warm, not at all exagerated or fake smile , offering to take my coat and asked if I wanted to have some coffee or tea (that's quite rare, isn't it?), brought some forms for me to fill out even if I was quite early. The therapist Agi was extremly proffesional even if it was a gloomy Saturday and she was stuck at work, brought me another tray with a pot of hot tea and water, introduced me to the place, and finally to a beautiful neat clean room. The treatment was thouroughly done throughout the 2 hours and at the end of it, Agi was still patient to explain treatments and prices (which I personally find quite affordable). I only had my mind of a full legs treatment, now I'll have full arms and hollywood too :))

I desperately needed my highlights doing and came to this great venue. My hair dresser listened to what I wanted and we choose to do a full head! The colour has come out great and looks very natural - thank you.

Great hair cut, the hair dresser listened to what I want and was great in suggesting what she felt would work with my face shape and complexion. It is a very modern salon with a great ambiance.

I was treated well, offered a glass of wine. The hair colourist understood exactly what it was I wanted and the colour was bright but natural. I was also informed of other offers.

Great Salon, clean, modern with great massage chairs while you have your hair cut, trendy cups for hot drinks and a cool vibe about it.
My hairdresser was friendly, polite, knowledgable and an overall pleasure !
Would recommend.

I had a haircut at Smoot You last week and will definitely go back. Lovely salon( the place is very clean), friendly team,professional cut- I can highly recommend!!!. Looking forward to my next visit at Smooth You next month.

I visited Smooth You at the beginning of this month as i wanted a new me for a new year! I was greeted at reception by the smiley professional receptionist where i was offered a vast range of refreshments including wine and champagne!! i was then whisked away by the stylist georgina where i had the most perfect fringe ive ever had cut in! not only did she listen carefully to what i wanted she also gave me a fantastic blow dry with such finesse. I love Smooth You! :)
