The venue is clean and fairly new. The therapist was really good - explaining what she was doing as she went along and also giving me some tips.

The salon was in a great location. My hygienist was really friendly and did a great job with my teeth. The plaque on my teeth I was worried about was cleaned right off and she gave me some great honest advice about how to keep them clean in future.

Very pleased, I will return.

Unfortunately my teeth whitening hasn't worked, and it cost £220 and was a lot of hassle. However as it's worked for so many others obviously this isn't Smilepod's fault..my teeth just appear to be unsusceptible to the whitening process.

They are now randomly sensitive when they weren't before, so I guess I've damaged my enamel by doing the bleaching- and my teeth are still yellow!!! I also got 2 gum ulcers when the bleach leaked onto my gums, which was unpleasant but only lasted 5-7 days. I tihnk it's because the teeth tray was too tight and I'd wake up with aching teeth and feel like they were moving which scared me. It also cut off the circulation in my gums.

The dentist and reception staff are all really friendly and do their best to be helpful which is appreciated. So I would recommend Smilepod and the dentists, just not the actual treatment itself (Philips Zoom NiteWhite), however saying that it does work for other people so I guess you can try it. I just hope you are not incompatible with the whole thing like I was!

Overall, I would recommend Smilepod but stay away from the whitening treatment, I was really disappointed with it.

I like the location of Smilepod, it was easy to get to and central to everything. The place looks clean and professional. But the treatment itself was not as good as I hoped as when she was cleansing my teeth, a lot of dirty water ran down my face and onto my neck! Not pleasant!

Great place for teeth cleaning. Really convenient, quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pain free teeth cleaning for a reasonable price.
I had the diamond polish which was worth every penny with the wahanda discount.

The place was great and the treatment was perfect, my teeth were not only super clean but really were whiter. Going to the dentist is rarely fun, but the dentist made me feel super relaxed. I will be going back again, with or without the offer.

I normally hate going to the dentist. But Smile Pod Covent Garden has changed my view. The whole experience was great, the receptionist was really warm and welcoming. The dentist well what more can I say was truly professional, helpful and not rushing anything and was just so calm. I would highly recommened and they do not rush you one bit so money well worth spending. Plus you dont even feel embarassed using a voucher.

So if Smile Pod are reading. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!!!!!!!!!!!
