My friend and I went for three power plate sessions at this gym and it was fun! The staff were very friendly & welcoming (but still put us through our paces & didn't allow any slacking!), the only donwnside was that the gym is tucked away and if you don't work in the area/don't know it, it can be a bit tricky to find. Other than that - great!!!
