Very relaxing, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly, skilled and caring therapist. Gave me some tips on keeping my nails in a nourished condition. Would recommend.

The staff and treatment were excellent. Only thing I would say is the facilities need updating the swimming pool and Hot tub area.

It was overall a really gorgeous experience.
One of our therapists gave a mini head massage without checking first that I wanted it. (I was having the facial). I have long hair that had only just been washed and it left my hair really greasy because of the product she used. As soon as she'd started there was no point complaining because the product was already in my hair. I just wished she'd asked first
