Six Senses Spa at Puntacana Resort & Club

Six Senses Spa is recognized as the number one spa chain in the world, with only 15 other exclusive properties throughout Europe and Asia. PUNTACANA RESORT & CLUB in the Dominican Republic is its first Caribbean project.

Special and unique treatments are developed for each spa indigenous to its own area. In Dubai, UAE, for example, treatments such as "Watsu" therapy performed in a heated pool where the body is supported by the natural buoyancy of the water, are used to conserve precious energy.

The Spa at PUNTACANA RESORT & CLUB will offer a wide range of holistic wellness, rejuvenation and beauty treatments to balance the senses; all administered under the guidance of expert therapists from around the world, including Thailand. The Spa will include eight indoor salons, with four outdoor salons built upon a deck overlooking the beach and sea.

The Spas are designed as contemporary sanctuaries seamlessly reflecting the host cultures where they are located, among surroundings conceived to rejuvenate and revitalize. Six Senses Spa therapists take guests on exhilarating sensory journeys through many forms of holistic healing and sensory of well being, delivering them with serene and reassuring professionalism.

Guests can relax before and after their treatments with a modest shakes as exotic tropical fruits.

The Six Senses Spa Pyramid represents the foundation and creation of the Spa experience at Six Senses Spas. The foundation of the experience is formed by three primary senses; sight, sound and touch. The second stage builds upon this experience by appealing to the more acute senses of taste and smell. The apex symbolizes the unique sensory experience of a Six Senses Spa.
