Write A ReviewI went to Six Senses Spa in Canary Wharf with my partner and we both had 50 min therapeutic massage. The treatments were excellent and the therapists true professionals. I think it was the best massage I have ever had. The deal we had purchased also included one hour thermal journey in the spa area beforehand. The facilities were excellent but unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time to use them as it took quite a long time by the staff to take us around and fill the forms. All in all, we had a lovely visit and would love to go back.

will definitely be booking and going again if there is a good offer available

I visited this spa one Saturday afternoon. We found it a bit tricky to find as the Sat Nav took us somewhere else. When I phoned the spa to ask for directions, they were very helpful.
When we arrived we completed our forms and then were shown round the spa. We had our treatment which was amazing. I booked the 2 for £95 holistic therapy treatment. It was definitely worth the money, the all body massage left me feeling very relaxed. After the massage we were offered tea and dried fruits. As we were late we use the facilities after our treatment. If you can, arrive before your treatment, so you don't have to wash off all the lovely oils applied during the massage.
I would thoroughly recommend this place and I'll definitely be going back.

The two ladies that were at reception were welcoming and showed both myself and my friend who happens to be a male and his birthday the changing room. i was told about how the treatment will take place and timing etc. Unfortunately it was my friends 1Sr time at a spa and they just told home to change and left him there with no other information. I had to knock the males dressing room to let him know what was happening after sitting and waiting for 10mins. The spa facilities were ok and well kept, i enjoyed my oriental massage but my friend was not moved ( didn't enjoy). They have a 6ft big built man a small but kind woman to perform treatment and me the taller lady who happened to have more strength. The treatment was coming to the end and the therrapist showed knowledge about their work and gave us some good points. THE MOST AWFUL THING THAT HAPPENED is that on leaving the spa a man (think it was the manager) said loudly and aggressively " where is the wahanda voucher, can i have it". He wasn't aggressive to the white folks that were seconds ahead of us some, it was so EMBARRASSING like i was leaving at not paying. The funny thing is you can't enter the spa before showing the voucher and i had already given the young ladies the voucher at the point of entering the spa. I found it very rude and insulting as if he was looking at the complexion and my status. It really made me angry after such a relaxing moment, as i was looking forward to make it six sense a place i go to get treatment and to tell people about this very warm and relaxing and friendly environment . I will surely not be recommending, the advice I would personally give to this very rude and insulting and unprofessional manager don't judge a person by the colour of their skin and also communicate better with the team. ITS THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING TO BE STOPPED ON YOUR WAY OUT, TO ENQUIRE IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR BILL.

The smell even at the entrance of the spa was already very spa-like. The receptionists and therapists were all smiles, friendly and helpful. We were showed around the venue before we were allowed a few minutes to change before the treatments.
The Oriental massage was gorgeous. I think my therapist's name was Charlotte and she absolutely stretched my muscles and softened them up as my muscles were super stiff and hard. It was just what I needed. The facial was also amazing and the whole ambience, feel and smell and comfortability was so relaxing.
The facilities ie sauna etc were useful after treatment but since it's a rather cozy size, I don't know how it will be able to handle more than eight people there. It was great it was just me and my friend at that time who were able to enjoy.
I would recommend this place to give it a try!

We had 2 50 minute massages in the couples' room (ask for this in advance) with two really friendly therapists. Being a Beauty Therapist myself, I would highly recommend this spa from a professional point of view. The massages were 10/10, and my therapist really worked hard on the areas I had asked her to concentrate on. We spent about 40 minutes using the spa facilities before having our treatments, which we didn't really feel was enough time, so we went back in after our treatments which was much nicer than having to rush out into the cold after finishing the massages. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the changing rooms were spotless. The receptionist who greeted us was extremely helpful, and the ginger tea that was given to us in the relaxation room after the massages was one of the nicest teas I've ever tasted! Towels, robes and flip flops were provided for us in our lockers, and there is a dryer for your bikini in the changing rooms. There are also spare plug sockets, so you can bring your hair straighteners with! (they have their own hair dryers). The spa and staff were perfect, and I can't wait to go back again!
The building where the spa is located is beautiful, the spa is nice but what I really loved was the massage; she put warm oil on my skin and I felt great. I did have a great experience of comfort and relaxation but it depends entirely on the therapist, I was very lucky with mine. The friend I went with on the other hand didn't like her massage.

I loved this place. It was a joy to be somewhere so well designed and though out and sooo quiet! I very highly recommend this place for quality pampering and relaxation

My boyfriend and I visited on a Tuesday afternoon (his birthday). We were the only clients in the spa, and it was nice to have the area to ourselves. The facilities were all very good, seemed new and worked well. However the drinking water was empty, which isn't great after a long sauna. The home made salt scrub was very good.
After using the spa for about 45 mins (probably enough time), we were asked to go for our facials. Mine was done by a tall girl, who was fantastic. She has a lovely touch and it was quiet and relaxing.
However my boyfriend said his therapist gave him the hard-sell throughout the treatment, trying to persuade him to buy various products, which doesn't sound very relaxing at all!
We then relaxed and we were given some ginger tea and dried fruits, which was a nice touch, before our (warm) sparkling wine. The staff were all very professional and helpful and apologised for the wine being warm!
Afterwards we had a cocktail at the Annex Bar upstairs in the same building, which I'd also recommend as it has amazing panoramic views.

That's a shame, they really shouldn't push you to buy anything during relaxing treatments that you pay for! It's a good thing they had snacks to make up for it :D

Me and my friend had a great time. The place is beautiful and you feel really relaxed as soon as you get there. The treatment was beautiful. However what let it down was lots of little details (I've been before and it was a perfect last time). No conditioner in the shower and the other shower the bottle was empty... when I told the receptionist there was no conditioner it took 20 mins for the cleaner to bring it in, buy which time we were already showered and dressed. The lockers failed to work and o had to get help. The hairdryer attachments didn't fit on to the nozzle, and the experience shower wasn't working.
