This wahanda deal is excellent - im giving it 5 stars all round. Good value, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location and nothing was too much trouble. Im Very impressed! It's a great treat for someone.

I bought an ayurvedic treatment so we could enjoy it together with my friend in one visit. We were very pleased with the treatment itself and the therapist, who was very professional and made me feel relaxed. I was not so pleased with the shower / changing room, as the shower was broken that day and even if not the room itself is not totally comfortable. We got tea there, but there was no place where to sit while drinking this tea. And while we were in that room other girls were coming in for a change and again there was no enough room and privacy for all of us.

The building itself is lovely for a spa ( it does have the feel of a little oasis off the busy road outside) but the staff turned out to be really rude/bolshy, which was such a shame.
I was given vouchers by friends for my birthday and decided to get a massage. It was really exciting to get a pamper session as a gift as we don't really have the money for such luxuries.
The massage itself was fine and the room for steam/shower afterwards was a nice touch but when I came to pay with vouchers, my therapist took all the vouchers without a second glance ( even though it came to £15 more the the cost of treatment!!!).
I looked a little dumbstruck but she put her head down and continued whatever she was doing. It felt really shocking for a business built on good customer service and which is supposed to encourage a relaxing atmosphere.
I wrote to them and received apologises, 'misunderstanding etc' and received vouchers back but when I called back to book with these, the reception was incredibly patronising. I was only allowed to use these for massages ( even though the vouchers stated for ANY spa treatment when I looked at them after call). So fed up.
I would avoid this spa at all costs. There are so many options in London. The building maybe lovely but you'll definitely find better, more professional service elsewhere.
