As soon as I arrived my stylist Lauren was ready for me. I came for some highlights and wanted to go really light but my stylist suggested a more natural colour like the highlights I already have which are growing out as well as some subtle highlights of a lighter colour which I happily agreed too. She quickly prepared my colours whilst another staff member got me a drink and some magazines. The whole process took nearly 2 hours as I have very thick hair but it was comfortable and a pleasurable experience and I am more than happy with the results of my hair. I have even booked in for the Kebelo treatment next month with Lauren so highly recommend this salon to everyone!

I had my hair done before Christmas party. I made a booking only like 1 week before and I had time that suit me. The services was exicilent. I was offered a drink. It took an hour and I was very happy with the result. The location is very close to city centre. Defo. will go again. Thank you.

I went for a facial and it was faboulous, lovelly and relaxing nice atmosphere not pushy into trying to sell me any products . I have had my hair cut there before it was great. cannot fault this place

very friendly local spa and very helpful staff, with some very interesting treatments! I had an eyebrow wax, with the new Lycon treatment, it was definitely less painful than normal wax but the shaping wasn't fantastic and it didn't last very long.

What a wonderful place to be pampered lovelly and clean and relaxing nice coffee, easy parking. The Hairdesser was lovelly made me feel very comfortable and gave some good tips without trying to sell me any of their products. Great music (my era disco 70's) The receptionist was very help when i re booked told me the days they have special offers on so I've saved again. Shine lives up to it;s name.

The stylist was very professional yet polite and talkative. She was very careful in her application (didn't leave any nasty stains in my hairline) and did an excellent job-great colur and coverage. I booked my next appointment on the day!

Monix the salon director cut my hair,she gave me a lot of advice as Iwanted a new style,she took her time and did a great job.I normally have my hair coloured at this salon and now I will be returning to have my hair cut their in the future.

Monique was lovely and the cut was very good but maybe a little too short for me. She did ask lots of questions before she started cutting my hair. I did feel very comfortable in the salon and would probably visit again although it would have been an expensive cut had i paid full price.

You get a really personal feel from the salon as the staff are local to the area and very much part of the local business community which shows they've been around a while and must be doing the right thing by their customers.

The stylists are very welcoming and chatty and happy to give advice if you are not sure what style of haircut will suit - they will never recommend somehting unsuitable.

I had my nails done at this salon yesterday, I tried to book my appointment by email twice but with no response, but when calling got through straight away and was able to book in the time I wanted. Received a text on the day to confirm the appointment time. The venue seems quite small, so the room I had my nails in also contained the bed for waxing/massages as well as spray tans, rather than dedicated rooms. There is parking down various side streets, and good transport links. My shellac manicure was very good, it was done quickly, though not hurried so still good quality. The colours available weren't as extensive as some places, but there was still a variety of different colours to choose from. I would definitely return to Shrine again, for shellac as well as to try other services.
