At shrine spa and salon i went to have half a head of highlights and i got a Great hair colour and fab stylist, Deans. I will definitely go back here, they are all friendly, professional and really know what they are doing so you feel safe in their hands which is what you want.

I enjoyed my spray tan experience and the staff at Shrine were lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were very patient with my mum who was having her first tan in preparation for a wedding. The tan has been brilliant and I hope to come back again for another.

The prices are a little confusing so check exactly what you are getting. The service is superb. Hand massage as you have your cut from a delightful assistant and the stylist, Deana was friendly and listened. Lovely Aruveda products. I came out feeling on top of the world. Just park round the back, lots of spaces on the street. Definitely recommend and will probably try other therapists at the same venue.

My hair stylist listens to what I wanted. However, she did not give any suggestions or advice as my subsequent hair stylists from other salons had commented that the layering was bit over for me. Would be nice if they could suggest what is best for us apart from just us telling what we want. Good place to go if you know exactly what you want.

great stylist - did my hair exactly as I wanted it. brought me a cup of tea (Iwas early) while I waited. I also had a free and lovely hand and arm massage while my hair was being cut - doesn't get better that that!

This is a lovely salon. The staff are warm and welcoming and do a professional job. Not only did I get an excellent deal for my hair i had a free hand and arm massage while my hair was being done! I'm looking to book another appointment.

I have visited this salon a number of times and I continue to be impressed by the service I receive. Deana takes a lot of time over the consultation, cut and finish. Highly recommended!

Only had my first session so far but it all seems very straight forward. The therapist (Lorna) was really lovely & made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She explained everything thoroughly. I really like this venue. The therapists and the hair dressers know their stuff and it's a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Shrine is a lovely little salon; I only saw the hairdressing area, although I believe there are treatment rooms upstairs too. The ladies there were all very firendly and professional, particularly Lauren, one of the senior stylists, who is lovely and did my half head highlights. The offer is great value for money - the treatment with Lauren would normally cost £64, but was £32 on Wahanda. As well as listening to what I was after, she provided some great tips and advice, and even offered to add additional highlights when I wasn't sure I was quite blonde enough! I'm glad she didn't as the result is very natural. My only disappointment was the hair wash, after reading about the scalp and hand massages in other customer reviews, I didn't receive either - a minor point which definately wouldn't put me off going back! Highly recommended :)
