I was really happy with the service and treatment that I got. The stylist really tried to understand the colouring that I was looking for, we went through some samples and agreed on the most suitable match to my skin colour and features. He also reommended how to best maintain the colour as well once leaving the salon. Very professional job and the colour has lasted well (red) so I am really pleased.

First time i went with for a Brazillian blowdry i had a special offer voucher. I had a friendly,pleasant young man, who did a very good job ( had it done before, so i could tell he was thorough), so i agreed to buy a prepaid treatment ( £140.- not eaxctly cheap). When i came back 3 month later, the nice young man had gone and i got a "senior stylist" ( i know that because she kept telling me how lucky i was to have her for that price). In fact i was not lucky because it is now only 4 weeks later and my hair is like it was before the treatment.

Friendly staff and great service. The hairdresser knew exactly what i wanted so it was a real bonus! Well worth the money spent and a very good location too! I will be definitely going back!

I had a colour & cut on my visit. My hair was in desperate need of both and I was very pleased with the results.

I always had a very bad vue of hair extensions because you see daily in the media how false and cheap they can look.I had a hair colouring accident years ago and have not been able to let my hair down since as it is regrowing and an uneven funny lengh.Every single day i used to spend 2hours+ on a voloumised up do , to conceal any problems.After years of having to do this and it being an essential part of my daily routine , it got to the stage that it was just to tierdsome and i told myself it was time for a change. I decided to search on wahanda for somewhere reputable to get my extensions done.After looking at Sergio Giannasso's and Mario Soares's website ( there is a link on Sergio Giannasso's website for Mario's one ), the before and after pictures looked so amazing , i just had to give it a go. The owner Sergio Giannasso got Mario Soares , the salons hair extension expert, to call me straight away to discuss all my needs . He answered every awkward,random question i had with ease , and cleared my head from any extension stereotypes that i had in the back of my mind.I was not made to wait ages to have them done , he worked around me and both our busy schedules. I was very nervous on what the outcome was going to be, but it has to be said that without a shadow of a doubt ,it has been the best thing i have ever paid for in my entire life!!! Mario is an absolut perfectionist and matched the colour and the lenghs beautifully. My hair looks unbelievably natural!! People and friends of mine thought i had let my hair down for the first time , it did not resemble hair extensions at all!!The amount of compliments i have got since are just neverending! I used to always think that to get the hair extensions the stars wear you would need to fork out extortionate sums of money ,(although if you would like lengh as well as volume ,you will need to spend more than £350, but its best to just give the salon a call and Mario will be able to guide you through exactly what you will be needing and what you wont be needing , depending on what look/style you are seeking ), but i can honestly say these are even better and in a totally different league to anyone's i have ever seen before ( i used to hang around all the top salons in Knightsbridge and the west end so i know what i am talking about!) . Definetely 100 times better than the ones you see on all the main celebrities, I never thought that this was remotely possible especially at a fraction of the price to what they pay for theirs!I Now I have gorgeous lucious locks for the first time in years and this is all thanks to the expertise of Mario Soares!! The salon has such a friendly , non comercial , happy feel about it , i cannot wait to return for my 2nd visit! They are not at all money orientated and will always be 200 percent honest with you and with what your hair genuinly needs! I will never be letting anyone else near my hair extensions which is why i had to write this long review to help and guide every one considering hair extensions in the right direction and directly to Mario Soares himself!!

Service was great and efficent (was not kept waiting at all).
Dan did a wonderful cut, colour and blow dry, would highly recommend him and have already booked my next appointment.

Hairdresser was very knowledgable. The facilities were very clean also. Would return for another cut!

Dan was amazing, definitely recommend. Not very chatty but I can't stand hairdressers talking too much, I like to relax so that was nice.
He did my hair very nicely, amazing subtle hightlights which is hard because my hair is quite dark.

Was easy setting up the appointment, it was a weekday , so wasn't that busy. Friendly staff , I liked the ambience and of course the coffee and their talked about - homemade tiramisu :).
I have thick and long hair, and I am usually used to the hairdressers getting a little impatient especially when styling my hair. That was not the problem here, the stylist did a good job and I came out happy. will try and go back although it's a bit of a journey for me.

I had no problem booking an appointment with my voucher. Very friendly welcome, washing hair ( i always hate because it hurts my neck) is made a pleasure with their reclining massage chairs. I had the Brazillian Blowdry and booked my next appointment ( 20% off ) straight away because i was really pleased with the way my stylist worked.
