This was our 4th visit in a year. We are absolutely delighted with the whole package. The room is comfortable, the swimming, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc are unbeatable. Tennis is as always great fun. My only thing this time was the hot stones treatment wasn't on offer anymore so we did give it a miss, hopefully on our next visit we'll treat ourselves, let's hope they have the offer again. The 3 course meal was the best of all of our visits, and the male singer was amazing (just wish I could remember his name), but it was last Friday evening 3rd May) we loved him. Breakfast was amazing, even better as we'd just had an hour in the gym followed by sauna, steam room, swimming and jacuzzi! So looking forward to our next visit already!

This was my second visit to this hotel i was impressed by the first visit back in October 2012 and decided to come back with another friend in May 2013
The staff are very Friendly and pleasant, there were very helpful and had a laid back but professional approach
On my second visit the room was smaller then the first but this was not a problem because it was just over night. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities
We had a nice lunch from the bar menu and had a lovely meal in the evening which is including in the stay . At breakfast you get the full works.
I like the spa area because there are chairs and sofa area were you can lounge around and relax having a chat or read a book.
The pool is a reasonably size there is a steam room and a Jacuzzi.
It's was worth the money for what you get for a basic but very nice relaxing overnight or two night stay get away
Very enjoyable stay, i will be booking again very soon and taking my mum.

Treated a friend to an overnight stay for her birthday, cannot fault the staff, all friendly and helpful,
The room was lovely with a fab bathroom,Treatments were very good and the staff were super.
Dinner was delightful and the restaurant was buzzing, with a good atmosphere, the breakfast was more than ample, and a good selection, as was dinner. The spa facilities were good but unfortunately their dated appearance let them down, hopefuly they will be spruced up by our next visit!
Alltogether a relaxing and enjoyable weekend

Excellent value for the price. Bedrooms are adequate and although the leisure facilities are a little tired the low price and the quality of the food both fir the evening meal and at breakfast more than makes up for it!
Previously did the 2 night break and this time it was only 1 but will definitely be going back.

We were a group of 4. My 94 yr old mother in law and family and friends. I am disabled.
The hotel is ideally placed for Leeds Castle, only about a mile or so away, on the next roundabout. Strangely no info in the hotel. Ladies you are only 30 or so minutes from Ashford discount fashion shopping centre which is next to a huge Asda. Behind the hotel there is a lake, about 100 meters stroll in the grounds.
The disabled rooms are worth reviewing as they were well designed. Although no bath there was a walk in shower with a strong folding seat and a temperature controlled safety shower. The bed was slightly higher than normal. Which for me was good. My gripe ( for my companions was the long walk to their room) is why the third floor for a disabled room? Basic toiletries and towels were provided.
Overall we had a good time. The spa facilities were good and towels provided. Rooms were fine and the safe was a nice touch. Food was good and the staff were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was standard but a welcome addition was you could. Order say eggs benedict etc, without extra charge. I suppose £13 for breakfast is part for a 4 rosette hotel, as was the £23 charge for 3 course standard dinner unless you booked a package with a discount website. Though you could try the hotel.
The not so good. Faint traffic noise if you are at the back of the hotel.
Can be a bit difficult for disabled even though they have lifts.
No idea why they put a disabled room on the third floor even though they have sliding escape chairs.
My companions. Disabled room required a long walk from the lift.
Reception knew we booked disabled rooms but made no attempt to show us how the wheelchair lift worked. Eventually spa staff helped us but my mother in law was nearly knocked off when the safety bars came down. Worth noting!
Please note this is my appraisal and I did fill in their request for a review from this hotel though not as long as this one.

Some outstanding features such as the facilities, housekeeping staff and the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner.
Low points, the dinner waiter who went from great to indifference in 15mins and the slowness of checkin,
Would I visit again, probably not unless I get another great deal with Wahanda and just need to get away for a quiet weekend.
Finally, it was a great deal for a girly spa overnight stay with my best friend - thanks Wahanda!

I've been to this venue a number of times and I've never been disappointed. On this occasion, my husband and I were originally checked into a room in their "twin wing". The room wasn't suitable for us as we are both quite tall. We called through to reception to ask for a bigger room and were given another one straight away!! The staff here are excellent and the food was very good too. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style (though for dinner there was an option to order from their menu up to value of 22 pds) so the only extras we had to pay for was the drinks we had with dinner. I would definitely recommend this venue and I will DEFINITELY be coming back :-)

Good value for money. Enjoyed the food and the room was very comfortable. Pool temperature a little cool on our second day. More loungers needed by pool area and better lighting. A 'relaxation' room for those not having treatments would have been very welcomed. Would definitely re-visit and recommend though.
