We enjoyed one night package a few days after our wedding. Facilities and staff were excellent. My only comment would be that the hotel rooms are so warm...even with a fan on all night or window open so pack lightly!
Fantastic facilities and aromatherapy massage, will certainly visit again.
To just note though, some of the guests within my group booking had some maintenance issues including, lights not working, iron not working and window latch broken.
Really nice hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff particularly in the restaurant. We will definitely be looking to go back again soon, especially as the offer was such good value for money

We were very surprised by the hotel considering the price of our stay. Location was fabulous, walking distance of Park and Ride into Chester. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was slightly dated but comfortable with water/tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Dinner was brilliant, we arrived half an hour late due to a missed train and the staff could not have been more accomodating. Breakfast was great, buffet style or a special was offered. Sebastian Coe Spa area was fabulous, lovely spa pool, steam room, sauna and pool.
Would recoomend this to all my friends and family.
