Everything seemed to be quite standard. There was nothing special about the hotel really. The menu choice for vegetarians was APPALLING and there was a houseparty nearby which kept a lot of guests awake til 4am... at which point the fireworks started!! So not really a good night sleep. Breakfast was lovely though. Excellent gym but disgraceful jaccuzi (if you could call it that!) The leisure Staff are very polite, friendly and attentive!

Excellent and friendly staff. Very good value for money. Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was good and were able to have our key earlier than 2pm which was great. However, it was quite hot due to being above the swimming pool. The pool and steam/sauna were OK. Tthe evening meal (which was included in our package) was outstanding; a lovely surprise. But we were the only people in the restaurant! Despite the lack of atmosphere (due to lack of people) we had a very attentive waitress who made our evening a success. The food was excellent. The breakfast (available until11am) was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. We both had a massage treatment with Karen who was wonderful. Overall, an enjoyable break.

Great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We meant to use the sauna, but never managed to get round to it.
The food in the restaurant was very good. The spa break we booked gave us an allowance of £22 per person for dinner each evening. This covered the 3 course set menu, that had 3 or 4 choices for each course. Or could be used against the standard menu. We ended up paying an extra £9.50 in total.
Hotel was quiet, despite 3 weddings. Had a great day out to Southport.

The hotel and hotel room was lovely . I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly.
We had an evening meal and breakfast included in the price. There was a good choice of food. The food was really nice and well presented.
The spa was beautiful. We used the pool and steam room.
The therapist who did my indian head massage was lovely and I am going to back in a few months for a neck and shoulder massage.
We had a lovely spa break and felt very pampered.

Positives: Friendly & helpful staff. Attentive Manager. Excellent food. Clean throughout including room. Nice facilities.
Negatives: Bedroom quite stuffy & needed air but due to location close to road this created excessive noise, a desktop fan would of helped.

Hello, i had such a wonderful relaxing night at the hotel. The staff were ever so helpful and full of smiles and had such pleasant customer service. I will start with the negatives as its always nice to end on a possitive, well,
the jaccuzzi for me was a bit of a let down it didnt even froth up and it was on a 6miniute timer, i felt that was a shame.
Also i think you should have more of an atmosphere in the bar area maybe some music and just make it more of a place you could have a laugh as we just thought we might aswell go to our room and put some music on and have a drink.
Other than that though i had a really good time, i was so very amazed by the food especially for the price we paid for within the voucher (we paid £99) for the two of us wich included 3course meal and breakfast. The food was amazing and was presented beautifully, after we ate i asked one of the waitresses if i could meet with the chef and compliment him personally, he was lovly too and i come away feeling very happy with everything and will most definatly be coming back, i would suggest you get a new jaccuzzi though,,, haha Thank you for a lovley stay *****5 star xx
king regards
Miss Gemma Mellor.
