Great service. The therapist was professional, and pain was kept to a minimum. Overall it was a good experience. The place was clean and relaxing. Would definitely use this Spa again.

I really enjoyed this treatment. The therapist was very friendly and chatted all the way through which was nice. I asked upon arrival for an eyebrow wax and the therapist did her best to fit me in.

Had a great hollywood wax at this hotel. The staff were friendly and they use the specialist non strip wax especially for the bikini area. The wax itself was as painless as these things can be and overall they did a good job.

It was a lovely, relaxing day. We went on a weekday and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The afternoon tea selection didn't quite have a luxurious feel to it and could be improved but overall it was a really enjoyable experience and will certainly do it again.

My first visit, treatments really good, afternoon tea very filling, pool and jacuzzi good too. Had to wait for a shower though kids using the individual ones and took far too long.....only 2 showers. Changing rooms and howers could with a make over but we had a great day and will be back.

Fab day out, quiet in the pool and leisure club and super treatments. Tea with a glass of bubbly went down very well but we needed to order a pot of tea to wash it down!!! Staff fab too.

Facial I had today was called a Time Expert Lift facial - absolutely loved it and definitely the best facial I have ever had - this spa came highly recommended by a friend and I will definitely be back. thank you.

My friend and I booked a spa day package which included use of facilities, 30 min massage and 30 min facial, plus afternoon tea.
The steam room and pool were nice but changing rooms and showers ect were run down and not very clean.
We were taken for our treatments 15 mins late and left waiting on beauty beds for 10mins before treatments began.
The back massage was mediocre, but the facial was very poor, only one brief cleanse, no tone, half hearted exploitation, slight attempt at facial massage and did not even tone or moisturise properly at the end (missed my nose and neck completely).
Total Treatments time 40mins!!
The whole place is far too hot.
The afternoon tea included nice, fresh sandwiches and lovely cupcakes, the scone however was not good.
