This is an overpriced dump where people don't bother. I shelled out nearly £70 and for a start the hairwash was rubbish, no head massage as advertised. The haircut was 1st year apprentice standard, shapeless and horrible. Avoid this place like the plague

i won't go on and on i'll keep it brief. i was quite dissapointed in my haircut, the stylist cut my fringe too short when i specifically asked her not too, and she seemed quite uninterested in my hair problems, eg. she didn't listen to me. i definatley won't be returning. it's far too expensive for something so ordinary.

I have been a regular client of Sasoon Salon for a good a few years now and have always been more than happy with my experience. I have used many of the stylists and colourists as i know i will always get what ive asked for.
To some it would seem a little on the pricey side but you definatly value for money as you get what you pay for............which is an amazing look!

Professional - NO! Bespoke service - Most definately NOT! I have had lots of experience with high end and low end salons and trusted the 'Sassoon' brand, until now. I had THE worst colour treatment ever, I have bright blonde hair and the so called 'stylist' completely ruined my hair trying to tone it down. I can only describe it as the same blonde with a dark brown felt tip marker of thick stripes through the top half of my head! It looked like I was wearing a wig that didn't cover my whole hair. Horrendous, and at GBP101.00, a disgraceful service. The blow dry was a disaster!! Completely flat to my head and done by someone who had just been for a cigarette (that was all could smell on his hands throughout the service). Apparently their manager was out of the salon on that day, who knows if they would have let me walk out like that but I will never go back to find out. A complete NO GO. Trust me!
