The venue was very untidy and looked unclean. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked through the door. The treatment room downstairs was freezing and the first woman who did my massage didn't even put any music on. The bed itself was squeaky and didn't seem very stable and the towels to lie on looked grubby. The massage itself was very good but ruined by the atmosphere. The woman who did the facial put on music but got up constantly to change the track back to the beginning, although again the treatment itself was pleasant.
