I went to have highlights later on in the afternoon, the hairdresser greeted me but was not bothered about doing my hair. Numerous times she said she was tired and wanted to go home, when she was doing the highlights I noticed they were being rushed and half the hair was out the foils.
When another customer came in for a hair cut whilst the bleach was taking effect she stated again she couldn't be bothered. Further another customer came in with awful hair extensions she had applied which were falling out (again her attitude implied she was not fussed). Once it was time for the foils to be removed and my hair blow dried badly, I noticed a very bright blonde line in my fringe. I have been to a hairdresser since and they said that the foils were not put in properly and the bleach managed to leak out.
To be honest, I did not want to go back and complain because I did not want them touching my hair again. I would rather go elsewhere and pay more money for the job to be done properly, but even a couple of months on and many toners the line is still noticeable.
If you do go to Saks for highlights make sure you go during the day and not later on in the afternoon.
