I went to Saco Hair when they were based in Covent Garden, to use a Groupon voucher i had bought. The salon was lovely, the staff very relaxed, friendly and professional. I saw Patrizia, who was also lovely. She did a good job with my hair, she was very attentive to detail, and it was a very good cut, although not what I would usually go for, and didn't quite suit me. Still, I was happy with the overall experience and went back a second time.

I went here as a hair model - I'd had my hair chopped off and didn't know what to do with it. I saw an advert for free haircuts so figured I might as well let a trainee mess around with it and try some stuff out, seeing as I was clueless about what I wanted!
I saw Alfie, who wasn't a trainee at all but an experienced hairdresser who just wanted a model to try some new ideas on. I was really impressed by his attitude to continuously developing his skills and knowledge and it showed in the cut - my hair looked absolutely amazing by the end. All the staff were very friendly, I was treated very well and the salon was well kept, clean etc.
I haven't been back as it was quite pricey, however I would definitely go there regularly if I could afford it. It was very obvious from our conversations that hairdressing was his passion and he was very confident about the style he chose for me - rightly so, as it attracted compliments for weeks after.

I bought a wahanda voucher for haircut, head and shoulder massage, keratine treatment and blowdry. I was expecting all of these. The therapist was nice enough and started on my hair straight away. The salon was in a good location, easy to find and comfortable. The voucher clearly states all of the treatments I mentioned. I only got a wash, haircut, and blowdry. Surprisingly the keratine treatment was actually an attachment on the hairdryer, my blowdry did not look or last any different then anyplace else I have been to.
I was disappointed with the service as I did expect to recieve what was stated on the voucher and was really looking forward to the massages along with the haircut. Expected to be pampered but was not, will not be visiting again.

I had my hair cut in October by Alfie. Probably the best consultation and cut i have had. In actual fact i don't think I realised how good the service really was until I went to a different hairdressers recently and was treated horrendously. I kept comparing the experience with the one at Saco and I am definitely going to go back. I don't think people write enough reviews about places that treat them well. i would highly recommend anyone to go to Saco hair.

I was REALLY PLEASED with my hair cut and it felt lush for ages after the treatment. My hairdresser was a really nice Mancunian lad.
