This is my 2nd visit using wahanda voucher to this salon - 1st time my experience was amazing!

Arrived for apt on time - but was not booked in - admin error.
Therapist said she had other appts so would not be able to see me.....then spoke to the owner who mustve told her to do it, and I just had to wait until she had finished her client (approx. delay 30 mins!)

However, waxing was done, and I was very happy with it (again)! Owner also offered me a £20 voucher for the inconvenience which tbh I do not plan on using!

I will definitely use this salon again - but next time will call to make sure I am in the apt book prior to travelling!

Overall, I was slightly delayed and stressed but once again happy with the waxing/threaded provided.

I just recommend re-confirming apt with salon!!

The beautician was rather friendly and chatty. She seemed nicer than the hairdresser.
Waxing of the legs and underarm was fine but the brazilian waxing was a different shape than expected.

The hair cut was good specially considering it was free. The hairdresser made sure to ask me what i wanted and advised me what would be best.
The keratin treatment seemed fine, my hair was very straight afterwards although i am not sure how long it will last and how it will affect my hair.
The atmosphere was fine but nothing very special. The hairdresser did its job- more in a professional than a friendly way but this did not affect the result

Therapist was great, she was very thorough with the waxing and made sure that I was happy and checked. She was also very quick and tried her best not to cause me too much pain.

I also got my eyebrows threaded, quick and great shape.

Would definately go back to this salon!!! Thanks

I bought the voucher for hair cut and blow dry, However, first impression when arriving at the salon was quite disappointing. There was only one hairdresser and he didn't look so keen on getting the job done.
I told him I just wanted a little trim at the back and a bit with my fringe. I ended up with uneven length (the left side is longer than the right).
The service was below standard, I hadn't expected to enter a grand , top quality salon or anything since the price paid wasn't too much, but the least expectation was a decent service(eg: trimming my hair right) since I didn't ask for a restyle or anything complex.
Very disappointed and won't be coming back ever.

I have mixed review for this place, Initially I thought they have managed to change my appointment time on my request twice so they obviously are helpful that way but upon arriving I was disappointed with ambience being very basic and more like hair cutting shop then a parlor/salon and the staff were not very engaged and were not fully informed on wahanga offers and were dependent to call the owner for any questions, at the end I was not happy and regret buy via wahanga!!
the only good this was that lady doing my waxing did keep saying good about the business and apologies for confusion over my voucher etc

I have to say that I don't usually go to hairdressers unless I have been recommended by friend, but I am really glad that in this case I did. I am very pleased with my colour, cut and wash. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my end result and will be returning.
