Please do not go here!
Although the staff were very friendly - My hairdresser totally rewined my hair. I had a full head of highlights which resulted in the roots being YELLOW, the middle section ORANGE and the ends YELLOW.

My stylist became very adjitated when looking at the multi tone hair that she had given me!
Im so upset. i have had to wash my hair, mousse it and scrape it back as far back as i can to try and discuise it for work today!

Absolutely AWFUL place. A lot of my friends go to Rush on Tottenham Court Road and all rave about it, so when one appear in Watford, I jumped at the chance.

My hairdresser had a cold and spent the entire time coughing and spluttering, and sneezing down the back of my neck. Despite having agreed to what I want at the beginning of the consultation, he then did his own thing, and left my fringe long and wonky. When I told him that I couldn't see from under my fringe, he grunted, and just lashed at it with the scissors. He then walked off. I told the girl at the desk how unhappy I was, and she suggested that I write to management.

I did just this, and included photos of the state my hair had been left it. I had to have it cut the very next day, at a further cost of £70. Rush were rude when they got back to me, and their offer of an apology was that the same guy would rectify the damage for me for free.... AS IF!! I would not let that man near my hair EVER again.

I cannot tell you how awful this salon is. So rude it is untrue.

My 1st visit to Rush in Watford and I received a friendly welcome and was introduced to my Stylist Kirk, who sat down with me to discuss my requirements - looking in the mirror I saw some dreaded grey hairs so I asked if Kirk would be able to colour my hair too - and he said yes - very accommodating!!

I finished with a very smart cut and blow dry and bought some recommended shampoo and conditioner for my new colour !! Very Happy !

I went to the Watford brach of Rush for my kerastase treatment and haircut. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen to almost immediately. The hairdresser took her time to decide on the treatment which would be best suited to my hair type and then subsequently when cutting my hair as well. Enjoyed my experience overall and it was definately good value for money at £25. Would recommend this.

Lovely salon with friendly staff. I was offered a drink on arrival with some snack which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, I did not get the kerastese ritual treatment 1 which was included in the deal. I only received a wash and a head massage. I was very happy with my hair cut and I would definitely come back but only to the same stylist.
