Totally disappointed with my hair cut and the color. My hair supposed to turn light brown instead of ginger. I had the senior stylist and trusted him when he made me the offer to strip my hair ends. After 2 days, my hair color totally faded and turned orange. Although I asked him twice if he is sure that I won't turn orange, I end up with it.The hair cut was also not even at all, so that I needed to cut some parts myself at home. For the price you pay, you don't get the hair cut you deserve.

The location of this salon on Oxford Street was great and very handy. I was given a very junior stylist though and the haircut was only okay. It felt a bit heavy and I didn't feel that she really got what I wanted. As a place to go I'd probably go back but try to get a different stylist.

I had a haircut with one of creative directors and I also had INITIATION CEREMONY treatment. I couldn't tell much of improvement but it's only 15 minutes so I guess, it's fair enough. But the staff who gave me a treatment was looking at her finger nails and looked really bored, when my stylist was trying to explain what the treatment is going to be about. My stylist gave a good cutting but I was a bit put off by the fact that she didn't know who Natalie Portman and Keira Knightley are, when I was referring to their hairstyles. I was expecting at least a good fashion knowledge from a creative director. It was quite frustrating to hear from her that she doesn't know them because she doesn't watch television! I guess that's something to think about.

From the moment I stepped into the salon the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I was given the Kérastase Treatment, which left my hair feeling silky, and then my hair was cut and styled.

I am pleased with the whole experience and the cut and style were exactly what I had asked for.

I've visited the salon twice now. It's in a brilliant and easy location to get to.

The staff are very friendly especially the receptionist who is very polite and welcoming as well as the manager who is makes you feel at ease.

I've had the same stylist Carmen twice now for a haircut and colour - she is great at listening to your needs and offering a great colour choice and i've gotten a wonderful colour and cut from her. she is also very friendly and makes the time go really quickly.

the only slight negatives are that the shampooing and hair massage could be a bit more thorough and longer as I think it is the part that is most looked forward to by us women. especially when you have a treatment done - it could have been left on a little longer with a nice massage.

other than that i would highly recommend this salon and it's great that you get 15% off if you book your next appt at the time.

I really enjoyed my hair treatment and hair cut at this salon. The staff were very friendly and professional. I also got some really nice tips to get my hair in its best shape. I would highly recommend going there.

The salon itself was easy to find, within 5 minutes of Oxford Circus Tube station and looked very chic and professional.

The stylist that I was given seemed a bit disinterested though and when asking me what I wanted, he was quite dismissive and kept telling me that I couldn't have it, a few more layers but keep the volume. I agreed with him as I wanted more volume, but did stress that I wanted to keep as much length as possible as I am growing my hair.

A different stylist washed my hair, with a keratase treatment and head massage. The hair washing area was lovely, with dimmed lights and a mural on the opposite wall. The washing and head massage were very well done and that stylist lovely.

Back to the main salon to have my hair cut and the hair dresser showed checked how much to take off the ends (about 3/4 of an inch), which I thought was fine, so said so. Throughout the cut, he made two attempts at small talk, but almost all of the cut was spent in silence, which I didn't mind, but it was a bit of an uncomfortable silence.

He then started to blow dry my hair straight, until he got to the top layer, when he just rough dried the hair and blew it all over the place without explanation. He then got out the straighteners, without consulting me, and started to straighten my hair, which I would prefer not to have as my hair is naturally fine and straight anyway. Each section of hair was striaghtened about 5 times, leaving lovely burnt smells.

When the straightening had finished, he liberally sprayed shine spray all over my hair and then proudly showed off my the cut with a mirror. Rather than the 3/4 of an inch off the overall length, he had actually taken off a good 2 inches and due to the straightening, my hair was left looking very limp, lank and with no volume whatsoever.

The cut itself was a good one, just not what I had asked for at all. Thankfully due to the keratase treatment, my hair was not left dry from the straightening.

Overall, I would go back to the salon, but I would not choose that stylist.

On a plus point, I went with a friend whose stylist did listen to her, chatted throughout the cut, spent more time on her and also produced a great cut and blow dry.

Lovely venue, staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. I felt really relaxed from the start. My hair was in a poor state but when I left with my super new hair style I felt fantastic! Would definitely recomend this treatment.

Not only was my stylist very friendly and professional (I forget her name, her card is at home but she was from New Zealand, blonde long hair) by giving me an amazing hair cut that really suited by face and was exactly as i tried to describe (not something that happens very often when i get my hair cut!). She also gave me some excellent advice about how to manage my fine hair, which was much appreciated.
Excellent location too, and i was very pleased with my free hamper and hair brush after purchasing some products

Went there for the first time with a voucher bought on Wahanda and had a great experience! My stylist took the time necessary to advise me on the hair cut best suited for me and I love the result! Everyone has been complimenting me on my new hair cut, really recommend it!
