Was late by 15 minutes, but no problem. THe head message was sublime and my treatment was very relaxing. My stylist Victe was fantastic, she put me at ease straight away and spoke confidently when talking about my curly hair and i was delighted with my cut and straight style at the end.
Reception staff effecient and friendly. A delight after a hard day.

Had my appointment booked a month in advance, the staff was very nice, but the once i left , the receptionist was very Keen for me to book another appointment which i declined.

The stylist was very helpful in advising about my hair. I was met with a good reception - friendly and warm.
Hair feels fantastic and am happy with the cut. Salon was very good.

Once inside the salon I was whisked to my chair. A short wait then I was washed, then the treatment was massaged into my hair once rinsed my stylist consulted on how I would like it cut and blow dried. In & out in under a hour. Efficient service.

Went to Salon for £25 Haircut with Kérastase Treatment Ritual 1 plus Head Massage offer, salon was nothing special, the staff were nice enough but didnt really seem to know what was going on. Was not offered the head massage even though they knew I had the deal as I told them on arrival. Was worth the £25 but wouldnt go if it was full price.

Really pleased with my haircut and scalp treatments. I'd never pay extra for the treatment, so it was a real treat. The hairdresser was very professional and the salon looked very new. The only odd thing was that there weren't any other customers in, so it was eerily quiet, but I'd still go again. I'll be looking out for more offers like this on the website, especially as I usually visit Rush, so it doesn't mean I have to go to a hairdressers that I don't know anything about. Thanks Wahanda!

Went here on an impulse - wanted to get rid of my collar length hair and have a pixie type cut - thre hours after booking (on the 50% off offer for 1st time customers) was in the salon with a glass of wine and a tray of pretzels.. My hairdresser decided what I wanted pixieish and something that I could look after without a hairdryer) was feasible in terms of my hair type and my face - and I then settled in to have him transform me. The wash was very relaxing with a mini head massage thrown in. The cut was fabulous - and have not stopped having compiments since - not only on how much it suits me (and how much younger I look - best one so far has knocked 15 years off my age!!) but also on what a clearly good quality cut it is. Two weeks on it is proving ridiculously easy to look after - wash, towel dry, comb though and go!
At full price it is way more thanI am used to paying - but having done the maths of how much it will cost a year with the early booking discount to have a cut every 6 weeks and a home colour as opposed to my previous colour every 4 and cut every 8 weeks I reckon it will cost less and leave me feeling fabulous,
So - all in all - am very impressed with the service provided and shall be back soon.

Where do I start! After being a repeat customer at Rush in Fulham Broadway & the City I was delighted when Rush Ludgate opened around the corner from work. I went along tonight for a simpe cut & blow dry. On booking I mentioned I had thick hair and extensions, as I always do out of courtesy for the salon in order for them to manage the stylists time appropriately. After my "stylist" mentioned he was running 15mins late I told him no problem and sat waiting my turn. After another 20mins I was finally taken to have my hair washed. After an hour i was still waiting for my stylist who was busy cooing over his other client, whose chat and hair had now run an hour into my time! After a quick apology and a chat about what i wanted, he decided he was too inexperienced to even blow dry my hair let alone trim it (this guy is a director at a salon that offers extensions). Cue the manager who is running about trying to find someone to do my hair. He ends up blowdrying it himself after a lot of tugging and pulling the ordeal is over...but no...apparently its now too late to cut my hair. After having been in the salon for 2hrs 30mins i leave the same as before. The manager offers a 50% discount on my next visit...insulting when they have 25% vouchers being handed out across London (20 of which are in my office) and 50% discounts available on certain websites for the same salon. Overall avoid this salon. Bad service & untrained staff. Don't trust them with your hair!
