Our urban location has inspired a fantastic variety of energetic classes – ranging from Samba Dancing and old school Circuit Training to Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates – with state of the art gym equipment offering an extra alternative to outdoor pursuits. The opportunity to arrange personal training sessions and complimentary classes for small groups is our pleasure.

Swim away the city’s stress in our salt water pool and seize some shut eye in the Hamam Suite, home to our elegant sauna and steam rooms. Enjoy a body cocooning cushion in The Ballroom, where there can be no better place to benefit from a cool cordial after a heavy workout or a warm cup of herbal tisane before a beauty treatment. Take all the time you need in Royal’s Bedroom where we encourage you to put your feet up, sip some lemon water, browse through the latest magazines or surrender to a nap.
