Went with a family member of mine - in fact we have been to this place a few times before (when the hotel was in it's previous incarnations - i.e. the Holiday Inn etc). Always had a good time here - no problems. My only gripe is with the poolside (which can sometimes be a bit crowded) but I think that has nothing to do with the spa facilities.
Generally an enjoyable place to visit.
