Having visited the Salon on a number of occasions, I have always been extremely pleased with the whole experience. Right from the start the Reception staff are both friendly and professional, they make sure your seen straightt away which has been replicated by the Stylist Kirsty and Colourist Chanel, they always make you feel special and important and listen to your needs. The Salon itself is smart and modern like the staff.

I love love love blo, it's become my weekly guilty pleasure, I am so surprised to find negative reviews, the reception team always try to accommodate me, the girls are friendly and boy, do they know how to blow dry my hair! I feel a million dollars. Hair and nails done ready for the weekend.

Avoid like the plague. Inconsiderate and rude staff. Unfortunately have to give 1 star otherwise it would be 0.

Avoid at all cost. Great concept but worst customer service in London. Great when it first opened but as soon as they became a little successful arrogance took over and it was all down-hill from there... They double book clients, try to jam them in and ask them to wait for 30min or more on what is suppose to be an express service at the blow dry bar. The manager will make promises he will not keep and you will leave feeling like you wasted a morning and never got what you agreed to. Better go to any other salon in London. Try Nevilles, Harvey Nichols, Daniel Galvin, Daniel Galvin Jr, or any other salon. All you will find at Real Hair is bad service, arrogance, and un-apologetic staff. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was recommended to realhair by friend of mine. I was very nervous about having somebody new do my hair extensions. Jonathan explained all my different options and all the different colours that he was going to use in my consultation. I was so excited when I returned for my appointment. I love my new look. My hair has never looked this good.

After recently relocating to London, I struggled to find a salon I was happy with. Now I've discovered realair. A fabulous sleek salon, located at Chelsea Green. The team are friendly and professional and they really know their stuff. The best colour and haircut I've had in years. I look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend it!

Went for the first time for a wash and blow dry before big night out. Ivan did my hair and he was funny, charming and lovely not to mention a genius with the hairdryer! He made me feel just as important and beautiful as the 6 foot model sat next to me who is a regular customer, a tall order I can tell you!!

This is the biggest rip off and I suggest you never go and get your hair couloured or cut here. I had the worst haircut and colour in 20 years and it cost me £600 my hair is ruined and I can only advise you to steer well clear! as they ruin your hair and rip you off!

This is without doubt the best place to get your hair coloured in the UK, maybe the world. Josh, co-founder and head colorist, when you can get him, is a total genius. Jon Vial? Best, best hair cutter. All the girls at Vogue have their hair done here.
Not cheap, but worth it.

Tony at Real Hair has been doing my colour since I moved to London, which is about 8 years ago. I have been loyal to him because of his skills (obviously :-)), professionalism and efficiency. And he does make sure to always keep his clients happy.
The salon is bussing and the people very professional. They have a great reputation and they definitely live up to it !
I have recommended the salon to many of my girlfriends over the years for haircuts or colour with various stylist, and so far, no complaints !
The only downside is that the treatments can be slightly pricey, but then again, isn't everything in London ?
