We have the widest range of treatments with some of the best therapists in the country to ensure you're time spent at re-aqua is always one you'll remember.

The stainless steel heated pool and hydrotherapy pool are located within easy access of both male and female changing rooms. The calming relaxation theme is continued into the sauna and steam room, luxurious changing rooms with heated floor tiles and vanity bays. We also offer an abundance of complimentary towels, robes and toiletries from the Molton Brown range.

There is also a mixed and ladies only gymnasium which contains a wide range of cardio & resistance machines and the awesome Free Motion machines where we bridge the gap between free weights and fixed resistance. It also has a large free weights area with a dedicated stretch and abdominal studio.
