I've been looking for a waxing salon/beautician in London for ages when I came across QTiBeauty. Mya is very professional and friendly. I was a bit anxious about the threading as I've been going to the same place for a long time and after some bad experiences, wouldn't trust just anyone, but Mya knows what she's doing. Eyebrows look perfect. I will definitely be going back.
Mia, the therapist was professional and very friendly. I was amazed with my HD brows, they really framed my face and were both even. However the novalash extensions were ok, close up you could see the black clumps of glue which should be invisible therefore many people asked me about my fake eyelashes. Also they only lasted a few days. I would go back to QTi Beauty for other treatments but not for the lashes.
The therapist was absolutely lovely -friendly, welcoming, the right amount of chatty. Salon was functional and 80's style (i.e prob not decorated since). My nails were slightly filed before I had gelish polish applied to my hands and feet. Range of colours was limited the vivid red I'd selected had run out. Instead I opted for a deep raspberry - looked nice. Polish lasted for over 2 weeks (and I swam in the sea on holiday every day for one week of that time), so very pleased with its durability. I would've liked the colour to be a bit more even across my nails as this varied in places.There was a 2mm gap between my cuticles and where the polish started..This looked odd. As my nails grew, it was more noticable earlier on that the polish was growing out. Removal cost me £15. Overall it was good value with the Wahanda voucher, but results-wise it was just OK.
The Beauty Room at QTI is located in a hairdressing salon. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Mia, the therapist is professional and welcoming. I booked for semi permanent eyelashes and HD brows, both of which I was very pleased with. I will go back again for eyelash infills.
The venue is quite basic but it is clean and relaxing.
I had semi permanent eyelashes done for my birthday, I also had my eyebrows threaded.
The therapist was friendly and extremely professional.
Since it it was the first time having semi permanent eyelashes done, i was a bit apprehensive. I did want them to look too fake. I wanted a natural look. The therapist discussed all the options with me. I was soooo pleasesd with the results. I go back and have my eyelashes topped up regularly
