QiYoga is unique union of two ancient sciences: QiGong from China and Hatha Yoga from India. QiYoga maintains it’s roots in the east yet specially formulated for the lifestyles in the west.

Both Hatha Yoga and QiGong are self healing arts that combine physical postures and breathing techniques with meditation. As healing is their main aim, visualisations are employed to integrate the mind and the body of its practitioners.
