The salon is really nice, very chilled. Has a great mixture of being trendy but also kinda in touch with nature; I really loved the decor. The staff were all friendly, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I'd also like to say the backwashes are BRILLIANT!! So comfy. You're almost lying down, so you don't get neck ache!

I have had SO many bad experiences with my hair, I've never left a salon really loving my hair. But today I did. Adam has cut my big thick frizzy hair into a smooth sleek long bob. He really listened to what I wanted, and worked with it to create a really great cut for my hair type. I was lucky enough to have discovered this salon via a voucher site, however I will definitely be returning and paying full price!

I was disappointed that on my way to my appointment, I had a call to say the beautician was running late! My appointment was then moved from 9.30 to 11.15. It worked out ok because I had a look around the shops to pass the time. My experience at the salon was excellent and my toes looked fab!
I would have rated higher if my appointment had not have changed at the very last minute!

Voucher was for a friend and she was very happy with her experience. She got valuable information which will help her solve her problem. She said she will definately go back there again.

I went on a voucher deal to this salon for a cut and blow dry with conditioning treatment. The salon is nicely located near to New Street Station and is nicely decorated.
This isn't a salon where you'll get staff cooing over you and making you feel like a VIP but the service is generally good and the products used deliver results.
I had a stretch test at the start of my appointment to assess the condition of my hair and to determine the range of products that would be chosen for me that day. I thought this was a nice touch as if they were taking my hair type and condition into account to make the most of my appointment.
The conditioning treatment was placed on my hair and I was left under heat for it to take to my hair. This isn't something I usually encounter but I thought it was a fantastic touch. No rushing me out of the salon as quickly as possible and my hair got a real treatment.

The staff at the salon were very friendly and the salon director that cut and coloured my hair was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease. She was very helpful in explaning the benefits of using organic based products and also carried out a hair analysis which determined the type of products I should be using to acheive strong healthy hair. The service I received was top class.

The salon was nice, clean, bright, fresh & nicely decorated, but I didn't really enjoy my experience. My stylist was not really nice, warm or welcoming, I found her quite cold and unfriendly. When I go to a salon I like to feel welcomed, get a nice haircut and have a decent conversation, I did not get either. Although, she did my hair pretty nice and I liked the products.

I purchased gel on toes through Wahanda and booked in Saturday just gone. Lovely salon, very vibrant and clean refreshing decor was very inviting.
My therapist was friendly and very pleasant and offered me a choice of hard gel or gel with the advice that hard gel would last longer.
My treatment was better then expected as i also got a foot scrub and file which I wasn't expecting the foot scrub so was pleased!
I also received a free file to help remove the gel when I need to remove it and was provided with after care advice.
I would recommend Puro for beauty treatments as the service was so pleasant.

The service and welcoming nature of staff is excellent. Premises are very clean and environment is good. Very helpful and always offer refreshments on arrival. Hairdresser did an excellent job on my hair cut, and also gave me some tips on blow drying….what else can you wish for?

I would most definitely go there again for my haircut and would recommend Puro Hair & Salon to everyone.

A lovely, stylish salon in a great location, easy to find. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed a very informative and in depth consultation. Would definately recommend. Prices seemed reasonable.

I found the therapist very friendly and the treatment was done really professionally and lasted the entire 2 week duration of my holiday. Upon returning from my holiday I went back to the salon to have the gel buffed off and this service was provided free of charge and I also got my cuticle pushed back so all in all a really good offer.
