I had my hair cut by Adam. He made me feel at ease, described accurately what he was going to do, and overall gave me a really fantastic hair cut. I will definitely go back to Puro.

I booked hairdressing with this company for Saturday with huge difficulties. They stated that they keep appointment for Saturdays and any evening for weekdays for people without vouchers( although nothing like that was in the T&C of the offer). The hairdresser was NOT the one who was supposed to be as stated on the voucher. The haircut was definitely not the best I have ever had.
Thus overall experience was mediocre.

It’s wonderful … got very good treatment and the therapist is very friendly …it is very good deal of ‘Choice of Three Beauty Treatments’. I like the ‘Facial’ very much.

I was greeted by a smile, helpful staff. The place was clean with soft music. Was given refreshments and waited for my therapist. We discussed at lenght what I wanted and then..... a new style and a new me - the cut was spot on and I loved it though I had to get used to in having short hair again it was worth it. It was good that paper towels were used to pat dry your hair rather than towels and even the chairs were comfortable to sit down without having water down your back. Well worth the visit and I will return again in the near future. Thank YOU

First visit to the Puro hair & Beauty. I was more than impressed - the hairdresser who was advertised in the deal was no longer employed, therefore I was in the very capable hands of Lucy, who greeted me with a friendly demeanor. All products suggested and used were explained in detail with the added bonus of being organic. The hairwash basin was exceptionally comfortable as often I find myself with severe neck pain and ache. A thorough, relaxing head massage was provided as part of the conditioning stage which was greatly received. Very pleased with haircut. All staff are a credit to themselves and customers. I have already booked myself another haircut with a 10% discount. Thank you.....

Kulsama is lovely and made such a fantastic job of my hair. I went from mid length to really short and she was really happy to do it even though she had to go over my hour long appointment slot. She listened to what I wanted and the end result was absolutely fantastic!
I was greeted warmly when I arrived and offered a drink and a mince pie which was a lovely touch.

I had a cut and blow dry. All the staff were really friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the cut and finish. The salon is vegan-friendly and uses organic products.

This is an excellent salon. I purchased a voucher from Wahanda and had my hair cut by Kulsama. She was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with my haircut and would definitely recommend! 10/10 for me!

I was really impressed by the results of my visit, the colouring was really good and I have been delighted with it ever since. The Staff were really nice and the salon is really nice and relaxing. It was a bit quite when i went but it was first thing in the morning and i was offered drinks and magazines in abundance. High recommend.

I thought the Salon itself and the service at Puro was excellent. I paid £46 for a cut, conditioning treatment and half head of highlights and thought that it was well worth the money. The salon told me when I booked that I would need to go in for a patch test for the colour which I completely forgot to do - make sure you do this as it does affect the colours they can use on you!

The Salon is gorgeous (and the staff equally so!); I would definitely recommend it and will go there again.
