Nice and busy place and very clean. Therapist was quick and chatty, and brazilian was as painfree as they come. In will be going back.

Salon conveniently situated very near the Savoy Hotel on the Strand - busy ambience. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes before my treatment with no real explanation or apology - as I was in my lunch hour not ideal. That said, the treatment room was clean and the therapist efficient enough. A good experience but not great.

I found this place through Google and am now a convert. The therapists are super lovely and very professionel. Although the beauty part is located within a hair salon, the treatments are still spot on and products lovely. My oxygen facial gave me the glow that i needed.

Pure Synergie is located inside a hair salon on a busy street in Covent Garden. I work very close by and come here in my lunch hour for my monthly waxing and Shellac. The therapists are always lovely and professionel, and its the best waxing I have experienced in London. I highly recommend this place.

I work around the corner from this salon and would consider myself a regular. I have my hot brazilian waxes done once a month and sometimes top it up with a facial or manicure. Its a small busy place, clean with a convenient location, and the therapists are really lovely and very good at what they do. And to make things even better, its the best priced treatments versus quality that I have so far found in London. Great little gem.

I had a voucher for a 2 hours massage from my friends on my birthday so I have visited this place twice. I was a bit disappointed with the outlook the first time. The “therapy room” is very small and you can hear everything that is going on in the hair salon whilst you are having your massage. I didn’t pay much attention to this at the time because I felt welcome and the therapist was very nice.

However, I went today for my second massage and I had a completely different experience. I felt very unwelcome and the ambient was pathetic. As soon as I opened the door I had this “up and down” look from the staff so as you can understand that put me off. I knew I was late for my appointment and I didn’t expect to get my full hour massage but I think there was no need for the staff to behave that way. I couldn’t wait to leave that place.
The therapist was average and to be honest the only think I can say is that they lost a customer. My friends were planning to get me another voucher to celebrate my new job achievement but I told them to start to look for another place.

In my opinion Customer Service is a priority regardless of your look or your punctuality.
Sorry but this was my experience.

I went with my mum for a pedicure and it was great, therapist was really nice and friendly and i really enjoyed the pedicure. I would like to go back and try other treatments. I like the place the salon is in as lots of other shops and theatres nearby and only a couple of minutes from the tube.

could easily have gone to the wrong place as Wahanda confirm had address as 84 Strand and map near Russell Square (which I found out is where there second salon used to be). However luckily used address and google to find and not map on confirmation email. The place is a busy salon on the busy Strand, mainly hairdressing with small facility for beauty but not a problem, therapist was lovely, really friendly and pedicure was good too. Would definately go again.
