We established Prem Yoga School in early Spring 2006. Our hope is to share as much as possible of the beauty and wonder that we find everyday in our practice of yoga. Yoga is ultimately a search for truth. A truth which is not to be found externally but in the deepest part of our being- our heart. This truth is love- or 'prem'- our true essence....
We established Prem Yoga School in early Spring 2006. Our hope is to share as much as possible of the beauty and wonder that we find everyday in our practice of yoga. Yoga is ultimately a search for truth. A truth which is not to be found externally but in the deepest part of our being- our heart. This truth is love- or 'prem'- our true essence. Prem is a Sanskrit word that cannot be easily translated- it means unlimited and unconditional love, cosmic or divine love. The only love there really is.
