Great work out!! i have signed up to a few more since. Instructer was very attentive and pushed the group to do more and work harder which is precisely what I needed. Class was small which was perfect as well!
There's this guy there who makes sure you get a great work out that will leave you in pain for days to come... I still love it!
The location is perfect, I keep on going there on my lunch breaks. If you go late morning/late afternoon then you are guaranteed a good work out as chances of one-to-one...

My sugesstion is to book a session lunch time when the class is not too busy and the PT focuses solely on you. Great work out guaranteed! :)
Every powerplate session I had at Powertone Mayfair has been very rewarding. I am very pleased- especially with Monique who really makes every work out session a great work out. I would recommend this studio and the team in particualr to anyone and I will keep on coming back for a work out I know...
Again I have posted this comment I have been to many gyms/studios and this place is simply the worst. IT STINKS as its dirty and smelly .The staff are RUDE and arrogant
The staff at Mayfair powertone studio are incredibly friendly and tough on giving you the msot rewarding work out session. My knees were shaking after both classes!!!

Fast paced workout! I loved the intensity of this power-plate session, it was certainly challenging, I felt that I had done a full hour workout in 25 mins, I walked out with wobbly legs but feeling great!

There is nothing flashy about Power Plate. Its just you and three other people on vibrating machines with an instructor in a basement. That being said the system works and although you want to die while doing it, if you do it twice a week for about a month you'll start to notice a difference. ...
