The location is not easy to find, and not ideal to visit. They should rethink the space and atmosphere.
Staff is friendly and competent, the manicure was done professionally. It is open until 8:30, which is good for working people

A little gem hidden away under Queensway. Small boutique hidden downstairs, therapist was great, excellent attention to detail and excellent finish. Great value, highly recommended and would definitely visit again. Only downside was slightly limited selection of colours for gel manicure.

it was a really good experience and I really enjoyed it.
the studio is very nice and I would definitely come back.
the only I disliked was the lady who booked the appointment. she was not very friendly.
Otherwise I was very happy and I consider the service very valuable.

I had a facial and a fish pedicure at perfect Feet Spa.The treatment was ok, nothing special.
What I disliked is that the therapist have put a towel to cover my head and that was covering also a big part of my face.

Place was nice, clean and professional. I will definitely go again but will probably opt for a regular pedicure, as it would be more effective for my feet. Going with my friend was good, he enjoyed the experience too, the ipads were definitely a good touch.

This is my third visit to Perfect Feet & Spa and the second time I have had the facial, back massage and fish pedicure package which I find to be excellent value for money. I enjoyed my last package more which mostly came down to the therapist but generally speaking I was very happy and came away, once again, feeling very relaxed.

Thank you so much to my lovely husband to treating me to some treatments at the spa. It is a quaint chic little place with lovely staff and the treatments are top notch. The massage was spot on and rubbed away my tensions, the facial was lovely (a little painful for the extraction part) but skin was glowing the next day, fish pedicure was tickly and relaxing at the same time. The result for this seemed okay but maybe a conventional pedicure is better. And the shellac manicure was done perfectly, 3 weeks on and not one nail has chipped yet but they have grown out a little so I am going to have to get them removed :-(. Will definitely be returning.

Although great value for money, the venue wasn't the most glamourous of settings and the treatments were pretty standard. The staff were pretty friendly but a little under experienced which was obvious during the back massage. This was repetitive and not as pleasurable as massages that I have had in the past. This was ok for a one off but I can't imagine returning again in the future.

I thought the facial was the best part of this 3 treatment package. The products used smelled lovely and the experience was very relaxing. The massage was average - I was still left with some knots afterwards and I didn't know it would just be my back and arms. I expected more from the fish pedicure - it only consisted of me dunking my feet in the tank of fish and I didn't get anything else after that. I at least expected some polish but I don't know if that applies to all fish pedicures as I've never had one before.
