I had a great extraction facial here that was fantastic value with the voucher. I dont think its a complete facial without extractions and the therapist was great at these. My skin really felt clean and fresh afterwards

Really nice place with great extras like ipads and magazines to use when having your fish pedicure. Really healthy fish and lots of fish in tank so the pedicure was really good. Very relaxing environment and friendly staff made you feel really special.

Very nice staff. The place is a bit hidden as you have to go downstairs on the alley, but once you find it the facilities inside are great.
Very friendly and good waxing.

I've only ever had one extraction facial before, and this one was a lot more thorough, despite my skin being better this time round - the therapist analyses your face quite closely and finds blackheads where you yourself might not see them. It was also thorough in the sense that it really felt like she was cleaning the pores (and yes, painful it was - although "no pain, no gain" as they say...). The therapist was also really friendly and knowledgeable, dispensing advice about skin care and answering my beauty questions.

Apart from the extraction, you also get lathered with all sorts of creams which is nice (I felt very moisturised after) and a good massage of not only the face but the neck and arms too.

As for the skin afterwards, it was a bit red in some areas, although she applies a cooling lotion to calm the skin (helpful for the journey home, certainly!). I had a bit of a red patch at the side of my nose which took about a week and a bit to fade away, but otherwise all fine! I'm not sure how much of an improvement the facial actually made, though, especially as the last time I had an extraction facial was many years ago - the therapist recommends doing this about once a month, so perhaps there is better improvement after more regular treatments.

I had heard a lot about the fish pedicure and saw the deal that came with the 45 minute OPI pedicure too. I went by myself and the place is small but really well set up. The fish pedicure was first and they give you Ipads to use while your feet are submerged. I found the pedicure quite strange and couldn't relax (although everyone I have spoken to says they find it so relaxing). For me it was just a bit strange. Glad I did it, but wouldn't do it again. The OPI pedicure was excellent and my feet still look great 4 weeks later!
great value.

I have told many freinds about this experience and recommended that they try it. I had four weeks of pain free walking - after chiropody it's about four days! I was over the moon about the treatment - walking on air! My ndaughter and I laughed, as it was ticklish, but could then have a tete a tete as our feet were smoothed and softened by these little fish - a wonderful experience!

Do not judge this from the outside!!This is a great hidden gem right next to Queenway Station.
Inside was really decorated. The staff and Hannah really helpful!
The fish was most strange experience ever. It felt like pins and needle for about the first 10 minutes then it was very pleasant after that. My feet felt and visibility brighter and softer!
My friend had a pedicure and I had a back massage. The room was really lovely and private and massage was very relaxing. All the ladies were professional and nicely groomed. My friends therapist really took her time and on her pedicure and did a great job. I would to come back and get a pedicure!!!

Convenient location near tube, have to go through dingy area to get to salon which is tucked away in basement at end of corridor, but once in (v. small) salon, it is quite smart & clean. Nice touch to have the
i-pads to use. Therapist was excellent, took great care over my pedicure & also regularly offered drinks of water throughout treatment. Very good value with Wahanda voucher.
