This is a well hidden jewel of a spa very conveniently located next to Queensway tube station. It was a relaxing experience and the therapist and beautician were very polite and helpful. I will definitely recomend it to all my friends!!

This was my first visit at Perfect Feet Spa & Beauty.I had shellac done and.Tricia was very professional and the manicure was done in high standards.Quick and nice!

I had a shellac manicure done here and the experience was overall positive - the therapist was friendly and efficient and the end result looks good. The venue is quite simple, not the most glamorous (lower ground level, hidden in a small mall below some cheap stores), but the manicure was well done and that's what counts.

The therapist was sweet, we could chat as she did my nails. She did a good job, nice shape and finish - found out that she'd worked for Harrods previously and knew her stuff. It's an interesting venue, though, and at my third visit here, you kinda get used to the fact it isn't marvelously upmarket, but does the job at a good price. I would probably come again.

I went on two different occasions but with the same therapist. The place was all for me so that was nice. There is actually more staff than people!
I had a shellac manicure, that was PERFECT! I love it, she gave me advice on colours and was very careful and professional.
The fish pedicure was OK. Very basic pedicure following about 20min with the fishes.

The venue was quite hard to find, it took me a while to find the stairs to go down but once I found them the store was easily located. I never tried the fish pedicure before so was a bit apprehensive and a bit worried about bad press I had heard regarding this type of treatment. However, staff were friendly and it was a pleasant experience.

The therapist was experienced, approachable and made me felt very welcome and at ease. The massage in particular was of high standard as the level of pressure and comfort applied was to my preference. I will definitely visit again and recommend this place.

Friendly staff and the location is a little bit hidden but right next to Bayswater Tube Station.
I had the Shellac manicure and I am very pleased with the result. I can highly recommend the venue, very good value for money!

I just love this spa. I have been visiting them for the last 18 months and their treatments are 1st class. I enjoyed a Guinot extraction facial (little painful while having the extractions but that can't be helped), and then a shellac manicure which always lasts on me for around 3 weeks. Recommend to all

Tiny salon in the basement of a shopping centre right next door to Queensway Tube. I had a shellac manicure which was expertly and efficiently done. I was very pleased with the results and would go back.
