Service seems ok. I have not had any shellack coming off and looks great. I have had problems to get through to book in first place as answering machine on most time.

I had a lovely experience at Pefect Feet Spa & Beauty. I had a french shellac manicure which looks fab. My therapist was very nice and did a great job.

My manicure was perfectly done, it lasted more than 2 weeks. Staff was very profesional, and I consider it was an excellent money value for the service received. I totally recommend this venue.

Local nail joint. Great place and lots of thought has gone into it (I pads for customers etc) . Nice therapists and I come to this place often and will keep coming back

Great place, and they put effort into continuing to upgrade it. Unfortunately this time the shellac was old so it has set funny and I didn't notice until I saw it under natural light but it was only a small issue.

I can't recommend this place highly enough: the ambiance and atmosphere is open, positive, calm, friendly, clean and feels so healthy. My therapist was SUPER nice and extremely good and professional and kind and patient at the same time. She was very friendly, open and genuine and let me take my time in choosing the right colour (I couldn't decide.. she tried many colours out to make sure I was happy before going for it..) and she never put any pressure to get a move on. She was delightful as was the whole place. Believe me I am fussy and have had some bad experiences but this is the kind of place you always wish for in every respect. I'm relived and happy I picked them and very happy with my shellac nails and manicure which was impeccable. Everything was perfect. I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

This is my second visit to have a treatment and i was very happy with the service and relaxed atmosphere of the place. Very happy with my nails and would return again.

I loved the fish pedicure experience, I will definitely do it again but not at this salon. I arrived 15 mins late so naturally agreed that as it was fully booked I could have the fish perdicure cut down in half. IT happened. The lady who informed me actually told her colleague that my time was up and her colleague said a couple of mins and she didn't seem happy. Luckily her alarm went off soon after so was time for my express pedicure. The colleague, who stated my time wasn't up yet, Daika (I'm not sure) was very pleasant and did my polish. When it was time to leave the other lady became friendlier and I left the place with no one else entering the fish tank. Maybe I was tired but the atmosphere was not friedly and no amount of ipad is going to change that.

I have been here before, so when this offer came up I took it up. The venue is in a awkward place hard to find but from before I knew where it was. The facilities have improved from before. The actual pedicure was good, it was the first fish spa I had and it was ticklish. I would recommend it to a friend.

Manicures in this hidden-away little place in Bayswater are incredibly reliably good, their therapists are lovely and their work is flawless. It might not be the flashiest place (down in a basement), but the quality of their treatments more than makes up for it.
