Ladies....this has got to be the best hairdresser/salon in Birmingham! I bought a voucher for a headmassage/cut/blowdry. I have got to say that I got MORE than my money's worth. The stylist I was booked in with was under the weather. I was advised that Phil, the director, would style my hair instead.....I was a very happy person, and I walked out an even happier person. The quirky salon was very acommodating and Venus & Phooey just stole my heart! It was the first time I had been THIS satisfied with my haircut. Unfortunately I also had a voucher for Burlington, which I used this month...very disappointed....every day I regret not going back to Parlour hair. Won't make that mistake again. Phil is so good that my husband has become a client too now! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARLOUR HAIR.

The staff at Parlour Hair were very friendly and listened to what I wanted and advised. The salon itself is lovely and very quirky. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

Neatly tucked away in the heart of the city centre, complete get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday chaos. A wonderful salon, wonderful staff and a wonderful haircut.

I had a haircut with Anthony and I absolutely loved it, so much so I booked my mum an appointment. Not only did he cut my hair on the basis of what I wanted he also added in his opinion which was great! I hate going to hairdresser who has no input!

I will definitely be going back.

I really wasn't expecting much from this appointment - it was the first time I had purchased anything from Wahanda, and from previous experience with other 'deal of the day' sites like Groupon, etc. I was expecting Parlour Hair to be a bit of a dive! Boy, was I wrong!

As soon as I walked into the salon, I was impressed - its very well laid out and classy-looking. The staff are very polite and well-mannered.....My mother came along with me and waited in the seating area and she commented on how well they all treated her (they were friendly/chatty, made her a drink, etc.). My treatment was wonderful - I had a wash, head massage, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry and I was more than satisfied with the results.

I don't think I will ever use another salon - I normally go to Umberto Giannini in Selfridges and I think Parlour Hair out-do them in every aspect, which is saying a lot.

What a surprise! I found the venue a treat, the staff very professional and friendly. The cut very quick but precise and incredibly to a very high technical standard.

I was given a coffee and soe magazines and would recommend it and go back again thank you.

I found the salon welcoming and the service was efficient and friendly. I left a message with the salon to make an appointment but I was not called back, when I called to chase a response the boss was very apologetic and allowed me to use my voucher on Saturday which was originally excluded. It was an enjoyable experience.

I went with a friend & it was the first time I had used Wahanda as well so we did n't know what we were going to get for our money. The booking process was easy we had back to back appointments & the hairdresser treated us from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.

nice atmosphere the cut was good but wasn't keen on the stylist, (she kept telling me to uncross my legs, never had that before) when I said that a lot of hairdressers overcharged people she said that you only get what you pay for, I proberbly won't go there again, because I think the attitude of the hairdresser is important

It was used by my sister as a birthday present for her and she said she had a lovely cut and was very pleased with everything - she was in Birmingham and I live in oxford so ent this to her as a birthday gift and as it was central in Birmingham it was fine with her as she knew it would be a good hairdresser
